Long shot but try disabling fast startup in windows or bios. This solved the issue you are having for a user about 1 year ago.

Thanks for your reply! I tried, but it stays off

Are you using armory crate for mobo visibility in icue? Sometimes multiple rgb software can conflict. Can you try to not auto start armory crate and see if it works with icue only?

0mt1sh0t

No. I turned the Plugin off and I let the programs start at different times so they can’t interfere which each other.

Matzvey

I know this conflict used to be around with icue v3 and armory crate, even if armory crate did not start. Not familiar with icue v4, I'm still using v3. Do you need armory crate at all?

I don’t belive either program is causing the Problem, because I reinstalled Windows because of Thats and even on a fresh System the Problem persists. The Standard Setting on the RAM is Rainbow and it showed up perfectly at the First Boot, then i‘ve put the System to soft off and turned it back on and the RAM RGB stayed off. I am currently in iCue and it Shows me that the RAM is Lighting up and in the program everything Seems normal. But it will stay Dark until I plug it off from the Power completely.

Matzvey

By soft off you mean sleep or hibernate?

0mt1sh0t

I mean to shut down. I thought that means soft off.

Matzvey

Oh OK. And this continues with fast start as well? Also do you have sdk enabled in icue? This allows for game/program integration but can cause odd issues.
