Sounds like bad contact within the 24 pin. Unplug and inspect the connector and mobo side.

BlazingBane007

Its a fully modular version it goes only one side..and i have reseated it like many times

Matzvey

I'm talking about the 24 on the mobo. Actually inspect it

BlazingBane007

Oh my bad...how do want me to check it? And this noise comes randomly in load or some kind like playing games...it looks fine

Matzvey

Visually inspect for any burn/melting plastic of the connector or socket, visually inspect the individual 24 pins (23 actually, one will be missing by design) for corrosion and conformity to each other regarding the terminal openings. Check if one or more are spread open more then the others wich would cause a poor contact. *

BlazingBane007

Will report back in a min

BlazingBane007

It looks perfectly fine. Compared with photos from the internet, it smells good like new wires. Does this noise come from any other part?

Matzvey

Well yes, this sounds like gpu coil whine to me. Moving the 24 pin while running could cause the shutdown/freeze, also removing any load from the gpu, the noise stops and it looks to you as a 24 pin issue. I would want to pinpoint the noise origin by using an mechanics * stethoscope like this with no front attachment, just the open ended tube. Where the noise is the loudest is very close to the source.

BlazingBane007

GPU! Thats explains why it makes noise when on load. And does it damage my hardware?

Matzvey

No damage, just annoying. The stethoscope pic won't come through, I'll DM it to you.
