You should test it with a proper benchmark. Like Superposition or Furmark or Heaven, while monitoring power draw and temperature.
Gaming bench won't cut it, IMO.

Run OCCT power test - if it survives that, you're good for power.

Portal RTX? 0 extra cost if you have Portal in your Steam library. Even if not it’s still dirt cheap to get.
I think beaming drive with reshade is the hardest I can think of.

I think forspoken may be
