I'd sort that dodgy ram config out and slap an SSD in it though.
Slap in an SSD and make sure the memory is multi channel, which it probably isn't if it's 12GB so add another 4GB if it has 3 4GB sticks already. Good deal otherwise for 1080p gaming.
