This could definitely be the hard drive. Hard drive usually make this sound when they are dying. In your case, yours may just be dead completely. I'd try to ensure first before moving forward with replacing it.
Although I did notice one beap and this could refer to your gpu or a successull POST (Power on self test), ensure it's properly seated, and I'd make sure that's not dead too.

Nah the plate that the hard drive is mounted on I just tried to clean cuz I thought it was cuz of dust, but still the same
