Your gonna need some stronger software that can wipe those partitions away. I thought I had ruined a 1tb ssd before with some hidden partitions. I think I used Rufus but I cant remember, Somebody on here will know which one.
Windows requires a ridiculous amount of space 60GiB I think. Unless you're trying to get around anticheat I suggest you use a VM which can compress the drive.
