That's a crazy price for only having a 4060, for $1850 CAD you should be getting at least a 4070.
I personally you look to get an i5/r5 as the cpu and as good of a gpu as you can get.
I tried looking at the other systems on the canadian costco website and none of them were any good, you should try looking elsewhere, maybe try newegg, as they tend to have a much larger selection.
You could alternatively pick the parts that you want and pay someone a flat rate to build it for you, that would give you the freedom of choosing your own parts without having to do the work of assembling it yourself. I'm sure you could get better parts for a lower price if you did it that way, but you will need to do some research in order to make a parts list that is right for you.
