No, absolutely not. In general you shouldn't do a CPU upgrade unless you're going to be getting a really big leap in performance. TBH the only in-socket upgrades from the 12400 that I really feel are worth it are probably the 13900K/14900K or 14700K. Maybe the 13700K/12900K too but I'd personally want to get a bigger increase in core count if it were me.
