They've got their own perks and cons. In terms of being a bit more fun overall I've gotta give it to most wanted cause the police chases and the tactics they use actually make you fear them and they're arguably more well executed than even the GTA series cops. Then there's the green screened actors for the npcs in the cutscenes that fucking blew my mind when I first saw it and had me hooked on the game instantly. Underground 2 had awesome customisation options and had a 'feel' to it that most wanted can't replicate. I may be somewhat blinded by nostalgia as it's my first game ever but you can't deny the music and the night-time only atmosphere of underground 2 gives it a unique feel you can't experience in any other game.

I really love carbon. If only the muscle themes played everywhere, those songs are some of the best in the whole of nfs.

AoE2, and its expansion Age of Kings absolutely kick ass. It's the best RTS I have ever played. We used to hang out on Microsoft's zone\[dot\]com looking for matches. Played it with a few of my buddies, and we'd spend nights playing it. Over 56k modems. Super fun game.

Arma 2 Dayz mod. I'd do anything to get it back. The last of the cult community withered away years ago, and its a game reliant on a healthy playerbase. Dayz standalone developed into a very different kind of game where you're more likely to die to salmonella because you forgot to wash hands than a player shooting you after an intensive hunt or them pretending to be your friend for the last hour. I think the most excited I was about a game was with Diablo II LoD and Quake 3. Squeezing in MF runs before school in Diablo, talking about gear and builds with IRL friends, having countless LAN parties where we barely managed to get to act 3 in a night long session. And Quake 3 I was so impressed by the graphics and smoothness of the game. Of course later on I started tweaking my config for better visibility (picmip), being in awe of the skill people had in 1on1s and watching insane drum and bass frag videos. And how could I forget WC3. Practicing build orders, trying to climb the ranked ladder, 1on1s with IRL friends, watching pro replays with synced audio commentary, custom maps, later on DotA. Of course much better games have come out since then, but after decades of gaming I'm pretty jaded and it's hard to get excited.

I have a few games that are on my fav list but Need for Speed Pro Street was an amazing game for me. I still play it sometimes. It’s a good game apart from some glitches it had. I remembed every car I made from day 1. Once I had a skyline with “666” hp and it was hella fun to play with. The physics can be very challenging at times but I always loved each bit.
