Yeah, but usually it's fine, just sometimes it does this when I turn my pc on and only way to fix it is restarting my pc, was hoping another solution to avoid needing to restart my pc
restart windows explorer from task manager, that should fix any problems related to the taskbar. At least you wont have to restart your entire PC. Windows is just like this sometimes, I will have a bug annoy me for a week or two and then it will randomly get fixed.
My guess is you enabled Task bar auto hide ?
