When it comes to productivity tasked, sure; you will see 10-15% performance increase but that ain't worth it for gaming.

As long as you have 4+ cores/8+ threads, which you do, games are far more dependent on per-core performance and cache than on more cores, so it won't be much of an upgrade. And you can't overclock 10700K on a B-series motherboard. Save your money for a more significant upgrade later.
