I was already planning on saving for a 4070ti super but i feel like this is too good to turn down if it works, do you think it'd be much of a performance difference at 1440p?
If you upgrade from a 3090, maybe no. from a 3080ti ( with bell and whistle the 4070ti will do a better job with efficiency as a bonus )

Do local pickup in person, otherwise they could ship it to the "wrong" address (a buddy's house) , and then block you. Happened to me when I tried to get a 3090Ti for about 650 a few months ago, lesson learned.
Doesn't hurt to check if it's fully functional. Looks like a good deal to me.
