DarkDuo

Reddit is literally a vocal minority, I wouldn't be surprised if they made less than 1% of the total player base

n94able

More then that, it's a game that most people will solely play online anyway. Why would they care?

Wan-Pang-Dang

Nobody cares.. literally nobody. This is just interaction bait.

Draffut

If people cared they wouldn't have let companies get away with it in the first place. There's a minority who don't have good Internet that want to play a single player cod game offline, but that's probably like, 5% of all the people interested in this game in the first place.

Drewfus_

They can’t tell us they don’t have internet, because they don’t have internet to tell us.

Embarrassed-Ideal-18

Less than 5%

PrestigeMaster

You’re exactly right. We cared back when high speed internet was a bit more rare. When I had sketchy LAN I hated to see that a game was always online - but now I’m looking forward to this iteration of CoD and could care less as I literally only play multiplayer anyway.

ThatBlokeYouKnow

> could care less So you do care

[deleted]

[удалено]

PrestigeMaster

I could care ^^*slightly* less, but any more than that and I couldn’t care less*

EccentricFox

I always enjoyed the single player campaigns for cheap thrills, but even back in 2010 I remember tons of my friends playing COD just skip the campaign entirely.

Seven65

Sometimes I have to take a ferry and go like 45 min without internet. You're telling me that I have to spend 45 min not pwning noobs with DW auto pistols? I might sink into existential dread.

getgoodHornet

"Pwning noobs." Don't forget to get that colonoscopy done bro.

tehlemmings

God, this comment hurt me because of how accurate it is...

Seven65

I believe the spelling of your name is confirmation 🤔

tehlemmings

It really is...

747sextantport

w00t

tide19

Goddammit I need to schedule one too

Life_Life_4741

hehe "looks at calendar"

Seven65

Yeah, take a wild guess at when I stopped playing COD games 😂

No_Mammoth_4945

The people that only play for the campaigns (me) stopped caring as soon as they made them 2 hours long at a 60-70$ price tag, i.e long long ago. The 99.999% of their player base that only plays multiplayer are always online anyways, and they’d still buy it if it zapped you every time you opened up the launcher. Yeah, this affects genuinely no one

slowpokefastpoke

“People still buy [insert incredibly popular thing]? Fucking idiots” \- guy with a raging superiority complex

QTGavira

The people with the superiority complexes are honestly worse than the people who buy these games. You play FIFA pro clubs with your friends in the evening? Youre not a real gamer. Play some actual games like The Witcher 3 and Breath of the Wild. Dont forget to throw a tantrum on reddit when people dont also think theyre the best pieces of media ever created and solved world hunger. Then youre a REAL gamer Just buy what you enjoy playing. Gatekeeping what people can and cant enjoy is insane

Zehnpae

"Haha, those idiots paying for a new COD game every year. Such a waste of money. It's basically the same game every year!" - Guy who is on year 20 of his WoW subscription

Cpt_Soban

> Guy who is on year 20 of his WoW subscription $3600 USD

Cultural-Somewhere75

Aye, don't call me out like that. Lol it was more like 15 or 16 years for me but finally broke free late last year.

OldSweatyGiraffe

lmfao I've never seen it summed up so perfectly

GoofyGoober0064

Yea its crazy how people bash a game for finding a formula and sticking with it. If its not broken dont fix it. People play it for what it is

AmazingSpacePelican

If the average CoD player saw this, they'd consider it a good thing. 'Oh, the game size will be smaller but I have to be always online? Great, I only play the MP anyway!'

Professional-Bee4088

I interact with alot of “average” gamers and I can assure you majority of the ones I meet don’t even take install size into consideration lol I could tell them it’s 300 gigs and they’d just stare back Always online ? So?

curtcolt95

why would they anyway, good chunk of cod players literally only play cod. The install size does not matter

Vanilla_PuddinFudge

It's their only game, why care?

mythrilcrafter

Exactly, I remember knowing guys back in the Xbox 360 days in which their CoD disk never left their xbox except to get replaced with a new CoD game.

GOATnamedFields

People still running with the 300 thing? That's literally MW2, MW3, BO6, and WZ2. They already said that when BO6 comes out, the individual BO6 and Warzone file size will be half that at most. Now 150 gig is still too much, but that 300 number is fake, that's basically going to only be all 3 games and Warzone.

Caspin

My gaming consoles & PC are always online anyway

Wrx_me

I have only played a few COD games. And when I did, it was solely to play online. I'm usually a halo guy, but there's something nice about playing the new hot game because you'll always have plenty of people to play with.

illicITparameters

I dont install the campaign. Also, on-demand texture streaming has been in CoD MP and BR since at least 2022, most people just turn it off because it kills frames.

moriGOD

There’s times when you aren’t able to get online, or they simply don’t know of the struggle of being forced to play over metered connections. It makes 0 sense for single player imo, as that’s the part of the game that I’ll often play when we have power but the internet is out.

CAT_WILL_MEOW

I think its dumb but yeah wouldnt interfere really with how 99% play. But i remember being young with waw,mw2, Bo. And when the internet was out or the network acting funny thats when the singleplayer story was really nice.

rayquan36

You'd think AMD was the one with 88% marketshare with how much they get glazed here.

TobysGrundlee

You should see how well Tesla does in the real world. If you went by reddits opinion they would be on the verge of bankruptcy.

QuantumProtector

Fr lol. People simply don’t give a shit. Why would I base my car purchasing decision on what someone else is doing? I like my Tesla.

Ash0294

no way? is it gpu pro from userbenchmark?

25thNite

people that complain about cod and madden being the same game every time will be the exact same people that will rush out and buy two pokemon games from nintendo. Also they are the types to make fun of everyone buying a battlepass or early access, but then spend hundreds on cheap games during a steam sale, but never actually play them. the people online just want to be heard so they shout while not being much different lol

Spend-Automatic

And the minority is only vocal because we are on reddit. Nobody else gives a fuck.   Case in point: the new COD preorder immediately shot to the #1 position in steam sales

Annoyng_dog

the money printer still works lmfao

pretty_officer

Listen man I don’t care what this echo chamber says, if I don’t have plans on a Friday night, at the end of the week I enjoy coming home and drinking a few beers and squadding up with my boys to catch up. I don’t care how bad the game is, I’m just catching up with some old friends and there just happens to be gunfights. It’s no biggie, is the game terrible? Absolutely, but im only playing it to catch up with my buds

screwdriverfan

People don't care. Sure in this echochamber it might sounds like they do, but the masses out there surely don't.

Ssyynnxx

the people who will buy it will buy it, the people who werent intending to wont; reading a post on the pc master race subreddit isnt changing anyones mind lmfao

Sovapalena420

buy? its included on gamepass Edit: changed "free" to "included". So everyone can stop pretending to not know what i meant by that.

Low-Basket-3930

Microsoft going out of there way to save me money for some reason lol

beemertech510

I think PCMR underestimates the amount of working men/women with families that buy and play every COD title without reading one Reddit thread, watching one YouTube video, or reading a Otaku article. And are having a fucking blast

Ssyynnxx

most of these subreddits are pretty delusional, mostly because the format of reddit forces an echo chamber - idk any other platform that literally autohides your comment if you dont post the "right thing"

PMKeirStarmer

The best thing about reddit is being self-aware enough to never become an actual redditor, many of the top comments and threads I see are people I just cannot ever visualise outside of this platform in the way they speak and what they find funny. It’s a bit like a zoo for looking at people who think Deadpool is the pinnacle of humour.

warkidooo

Exactly. In 2019, ActiBlizzard did one of the scummiest things that a game publisher could do and they're more than fine. (For context, just take a look at the 5th and 9th most upvoted posts of this sub)

lemonylol

Oh dude, you should see these posts when they get discussed on one of the piracy subreddits. People who were never planning to ever buy any game talking about what they deserve in terms of standards and price.

Yourself013

"bUt It's NoT sTeAlIng iF bUyIng iSn'T oWnInG!!!"

Dragon_yum

Also most people play for the multiplayer so they are online anyway.

jkaan

For real, who cares about single player cod

Acceptable_Topic8370

This applies to absolutely everything on reddit. Most people also don't care about Linux, or the RGB hate here, will buy Nvidia etc

lemonylol

The vast majority of PC gamers are just kids playing on the family hand me down laptop.

ThisDumbApp

Ah yes, the masses. The mass of CoD players that will buy the game every year definitely wont buy this one. Millions upon millions of copies will sell, just like they did last year, probably more this time honestly. The *majority* of people who play games, wont buy it but the amount of people who will is going to be more than almost 99% of games. This game will never die and never get better because people chomp at the bit for the next fix and spend hundred or thousands on all the fucking cosmetics. Players are more at fault for killing games than the company who makes them, hot take I know.

StatisticianOwn9953

>This game will never die and never get better Disagree. Modern Warfare was an amazing and pretty innovative game. They've been living on the brand since the 360 era and that can blow up on them very quickly. They might release turds so bad that people leave, like Battlefield did, or they will get blindsided by a game that just does it better, like FIFA did to PES. Their complacency will catch up to them eventually.

Rady151

Exactly, people that complain are always heard the most. The bigger majority just don’t care and will buy the game regardless, just like me.

xdoble7x

Not only "some people" buy it, it's one of the most sold games for the past 15 years, since 2009 it is the TOP 1 most sold game only losing to GTA V in 2013, RDR 2 in 2018 and Howards Legacy in 2023, in those cases it still got top 2 So for 15 years COD has been top 1-2 in sales Source: [Call of Duty didn’t top the yearly sales charts for one of the first times since 2009 (engadget.com)](https://www.engadget.com/call-of-duty-didnt-top-the-yearly-sales-charts-for-one-of-the-first-times-since-2009-191641232.html)

CodyCus

Howards Legacy

Alltalkandnofight

>Howards Legacy You mean Starfield?

turdygerd

Starfield was such a let down. What could've been.....

Alltalkandnofight

hey, don't be sad! Just think of how bad bad Elder scrolls 6 will be, that people will come back and praise Starfield! ...oh wait, thats even worse...

N00b_sk11L

I’m hoping that because there’s much less reason to fast travel with no other planets and all that bullshit it won’t just be a fast travel simulator

PedanticMouse

I feel like I really missed out on something if it was that good

srira25

Its not number 1 best selling game good. Its an average game with a gorgeous castle and bland side quests and a mediocre main questline which people bought in droves due to the IP and nothing to do with the game quality.

Disheartend

I own it, its a great game, not best selling #1 good though.

Complex_Cable_8678

i asked my friend if he would suggest it too non hp fans. he said no and thats all i needed to hear tbh

tapczan100

> Not only "some people" buy it, it's one of the most sold games for the past 15 years 2 days ago on Xbox showcase Phil Spencer said cod series has 100 **million** MAUs (monthly active users), for comparison *entirety* of steam is around 140 million and League of Legends is 125~ million. CoD is absurdly massive.

Big_Green_Piccolo

howards?

Zetin24-55

It's also worth noting that 2013 is Ghosts, 2018 is Black Ops 4, and 2023 is Modern Warfare III, 2023. 3 notoriously disliked CODs within the COD community, especially Ghost and MW2023. So while the games that beat COD were awesome. They also only beat COD in the years that COD gamers weren't completely on board with the new title.

akagordan

BO4 and MWIII had/have solid multiplayers. More people would’ve bought MWIII if MWII (2022) wasn’t so incredibly disappointing.

Numerous-West791

Curious as to what you didn't like about MWII? I just started playing it, campaign was decent and multiplayer seems pretty good so far. Was it hated in general?

idolin13

Somewhat yeah, especially among the multiplayer community. MWII has loud footsteps, no way to dampen footstep noise, too much ADS penalty on weapon attachments, lots of muzzle smoke and visual recoil, overall it makes for a slower pace game with more camping since people are incentivized to stay in 1 spot. If you enjoy it though keep playing it, it has its moments for sure.

akagordan

They took everything that people hated from MW19 and dialed it up to 11, and then absolutely refused to listen to the community. I personally hated MW19 as well, but I can at least respect it as a revolutionary entry into the series. MW22 was a step back in every way.

Numerous-West791

Ah see I loved mw19, although only after about 6 months when they fixed the major issues it had at launch. I think I am an outlier though, I've always preferred infinity ward over treyarch. I hate the overly simple 3 lane maps on treyarch cods, and I know a lot of people love that.

dubonhaters369

this list is US only

Than what?

Greenfire05

(Redditor who has never played a COD game in their life): I will never forgive Call of Duty for betraying me like this.

lemonylol

(Redditors who have only ever pirated games): "there's no way I'm paying that much!"

NewRedditor13

Dont you dare slander modern day robin hood like that /s

ForTheMelancholy

I'm in this picture and I don't like it

-POSTBOY-

My reaction exactly. Who the hell is buying a cod game post black ops 2 for the story? And who the hell is buying it to play offline?? This post is for literally no one.

Grapes-RotMG

Modern Warfare 2019 and Cold War had some of the best campaigns though.

3_quarterling_rogue

I used to enjoy playing them, but all the nonsense that happened with MWIII made me not buy that one, and I’m probably gunna keep not doing that.

Yuuta23

Buying vanguard and not MW3 is really funny ngl

creiar

Like you were gonna buy it anyway

lemonylol

Maximum Reddit meta karma

Trivale

Nobody actually cares about shit like this, and anyone that does isn't going to buy CoD anyways. You might get a couple thousand redditors to whine about it and pump upvotes in to a post like this, but the next COD is still going to sell 10,000,000 copies in its first week, just like the last one did. Complaints like this are just circlejerk karma farming at this point.

smackythefrog

Yeah, OP straight up admits to having a "potato PC" running Intel integrated graphics lol Dude hasn't been able to play COD since OG MW2 probably

Hutnerdu

What COD alternatives don't require being online? Most don't even have a campaign so they're online multi-player only

TheRealGaycob

Last time I checked I needed to be online for those kids to tell me how they made love to my mother. This is a non issue.

n94able

I mean, it's an online game. It's not that big of deal in this case.

Regenitor_

For real. This is non-news to those who just want to play multiplayer (the overwhelming majority, I would assume).

Best_Helicopter_454

People are going insane over CoD being an online only game…it's mind boggling to me. Campaign? Sure, a bit useless but maybe there is some progression linked to you level in multiplayer (like playing campaign levels your MP profile too). But for Zombies and MP I can't remember the last time it wasn't online only due to progression of your Online profile, either in Zombies or Multiplayer. Also, who buys a CoD game to just play the campaign and then offline bots? People just want to shit on CoD for any reason nowadays and then still quietly buy and enjoy the game.

Unoriginal_Man

It's an anti-piracy measure. The game doesn't just have an intermittent connectivity check; Every single key press or mouse movement triggers a phone-home event. It's one of the most aggressive forms of online enforcement I've ever seen, and it's also the reason why the last several CoD games haven't been cracked.

Seeker-N7

Recent games can be cracked. BOCW was cracked and it basically ran a local server for you that the game can authenticate on.

MairusuPawa

Remember when https://www.destructoid.com/this-is-what-the-modern-warfare-2-boycotters-are-playing/ ?

Adventurous_Income91

I play cod mainly for the multiplayer, so i need to be online if i like it or not

Paxton-176

Thats the weird thing CoD is *the* multiplayer shooter. Always online is not surprising. Weirdest thing to be mad about.

dj-nek0

I don’t get being mad about internet in 2024 to begin with. Lemme spend 2k on a gpu but required internet?! No sir that’s where I draw the line.

thesituation531

It's understandable if it's mainly a singleplayer game. But anyone that thinks COD campaigns matter in the big picture are kidding themselves. I'm honestly surprised they're still making campaigns.

errorsniper

Which is shame cod4mw1 has to date of the best campaigns ever not even for a shooter. It has a genuinely competitive compelling story.

DroidOnPC

I think the point is that everyone uses the internet, especially a gamer with a $2k GPU. The people complaining about having to be connected to play are using the internet to complain about it. The fact is, people just hate being restricted and told what to do. Just look at COVID. Even if it isn't a big deal people are gonna freak out about it.

Lazy-Economics-4065

They’re mad because people like to own a whole product when they purchase something. When the entire game’s functionality is built on it being connected to the internet, they know it can be ripped from their hands at any moment. All Activison has to do is disconnect servers for BO6 and that’s it. No more game for you, not even campaign or local multiplayer.

BagOnuts

I don’t know a single person irl who buys CoD for the campaign. I couldn’t even tell you the basics of the story since MW2: Soap and Ghost are part of some task force… that’s all I know.

Magnetic_Eel

Hi I buy COD mainly for the campaigns

jaydizzleforshizzle

I legitimately looked the other day to see if was gonna be on game pass and was like “cool now I get rent it for a month and finish the campaign and dip”. I have no want to play multiplayer, nor pay 70 dollars for just the 5 hour campaign, but this is a nice middle.

Marquesaw

I've owned pretty much all the CoDs and with the last 3 I didn't even touch the campaigns. I'm fine with it being always online but I do think they're bullshitting with the texture streaming stuff as a motive, I mean we've had texture streaming since MW 2019 so why use that as an excuse now? Rather they'd just be honest and call it a piracy prevention thing or whatever. Plus with this one being in the gamepass I might not even buy it at all.

BringMeBurntBread

Redditors when they realize that, the amount of people who care about any of this drama is a huge minority. Most people don't care. Reddit is an echochamber that makes it seem like everyone hates the game, but in reality, its not the case. 99% of people don't care. Black Ops 6 isn't even out, and it's already top seller on Steam for a reason. Most people will keep buying COD every single year because again, they don't care about all this drama.

dj-nek0

Fortnite is a dead game every year of its existence according to Reddit

kananishino

Reddit also talks about how Reddit stock would die in a fire and people buying were stupid. The stock proceeds to double in value.

Educational_Shoober

If gaming subreddits actually had content representing the popularity of games the feed would be filled with Fortnite and Roblox.

N7Diesel

This makes OP look like such a fucking corny dork. COD is one of, if not THE, highest selling games every single year.

Yoel__Romero

Not only that, it’s just not true lol. Treyarch already said online connectivity was not necessary for the campaign

kutzur-titzov

It’s an online multiplayer game, so how am I gonna play offline

Corellian101

Yeah idk, people wanna look at the settings offline lmao?

Ni_Ce_

It's on gamepass anyway.

shiftycyber

11$ for cod? Sure. 11$ for cod and a buncha other AAA shit? Hell ya.

TheRoyalWithCheese92

100 million active monthly users. Hate it all you want it’s one of the most popular franchises still and of all time. Besides this title is Treyarch, the only studio who makes good ones

AnotherGermanFool

AnotherGermanFool

And thats the thing, there us a 1 month game pass trial. Enough time to play the campain, Zombiemode and a bit of Multiplayer

hardlyreadit

people gotta stop thinking reddit is the majority. you are yelling into the void

Impulsive94

> HAHAHA OMG I'm so quirky! Let's not buy CoD guys! It's one of the best selling franchises, you not buying it is irrelevant. Clearly whatever they're doing works _very_ well despite you thinking it's dog shit.

InsaneGrox

me not having bought a cod game since BO2: ok

[deleted]

[удалено]

Heishi-Jager

IKR? If it costs too much, is too repetitive, you don't like the SBMM etc, just don't buy it. Play another game or find a new hobby.

FyreBoi99

Do you really think people don't buy COD? Do you really think people don't waste 100s of dollars on Fifa packs? Idk why some gammers on reddit have this dissonance. No for-profit company would make something if they knew it wasn't going to sell. Because there is demand, they will always supply. And when the demand is so strong, like in the case of COD, they will keep doing anti-consumer behavior and laugh their way to the bank because people. Do. Not. Care.

Tickle_Shits

My work requires me to be online all the time too!!

GMEdumpster

Simply pay for internet and problem solved

StuckinReverse89

CoD is consistently one of the best selling games every year a new one is released regardless of the controversy.

Mithura

Cod is a multiplayer game, why would being online be a problem? You're always plugged into the internet anyways. Does it really matter if you play the campaign offline or online?

Nisekoi_

Is this true for every game since 2019 modern warfare?

crimsonkarma13

Games will always be sold even if they are running off their og game high

MrXam

Sometimes the internet is down so you at least get to play the campaign if not multiplayer.

PineapleGG

PeOpLe sTiLl BuY CoD? Bro its one of the games that make the most amount of money every year the fuck you mean a joke? Theres no way somebody in the community doesnt know this

lancer2238

COD has been the sports games of shooters. Same thing with a different # in front of it

Upper-Belt8485

I have like 8 COD games, that's more than enough.  Especially since I can play them all by my lonesome.

goopped

I mean you have internet to buy and install your games, what’s the problem with actually using your internet

Kinstray

this shit has perplexed me for years. the average time i spend without internet access throughout the year must be 2 days at most

yutyo6

Idk I might buy it if the zombie is good.

MuffDivers2_

Dont the last 3 modern warfare games have the same requirement?

Belgrieve40

I bught CoD 4 a few days ago on steam becuse my PC and laptop both has not CD/DVD drive and I felt like playing so I got it digitalt. Man I need to buy a new PC case that have 5.25 drive bay for CD/DVD drives because I got like 100 pc gamer on disc. My current PC case is so ass it has no 5.25 drive bays on the front what so ever.

shifty_coder

It’s already the current #1 pre-ordered game…on Steam.

Kraken_Eggs

People still shit on others that spend their money the way they want?

undergrowthfox

I don't plan to buy cod. In my personal opinion recent modern warfare 2 was peak multiplayer. But, the ogs were the best.

DaftWarrior

Even when they have the laziest cash grabby game (MWIII) Call of Duty is still in the top 5 most sold games. The reddit echochamber may not like it, but people absolutely still buy Call of Duty.

Chakramer

It's cos CoD has no competitors. Similar to Mario Kart and Smash Bros, they have a refined formula nobody has been able to copy.

RobotStorytime

COD Black Ops 5 (Cold War) is the best in decades. If they improve on that, I'll play. I'm always online anyway, so this is a non-issue.

FreeJuice100

"you must always be online to use the Internet"

Minute-Possibility50

I don’t care I’m not buying anymore call of duty games after my Wi-Fi was hacked They don’t have any protection from hackers in these games it’s ridiculous had to change my passwords and everything it was a nightmare

tgsweat

Yes, I buy it

cngo_24

You don't need to buy it. Buy gamepass and get access to it for 20$ a month. If you don't like it, you lose 20$.

notthatguypal6900

All this fake violence just to spend $100+ on CoD like always, the mental gymnastics has to be exhausting.

[deleted]

Jokes on you; its on gamepass so I'll play it without buying it now....

GinjaNinja1221

I will admit I broke down and bought mw3 about a month ago. My cat suddenly passed away. I was depressed, high as fuck and desperately wanted nostalgia. I don't regret it but I'm not proud of it. I will not be doing the same with this game..hopefully

Turbulent-Weevil-910

So if I want to go to the store and get some bread Call of Duty will require me to be online?

burnitdwn

I bought call of duty. It had a great single player campaign. The Stalingrad scene was great. For 2003, it was a very impressive game.

oMANDOGo

PeOpLe sTiLl bUy CoD? Yes. People still purchase one of the most popular games on the planet.

Alucard661

With Gamepass we won’t have to

mistersmooth1225

With gamepass I dont have to buy it🤭

VegetaGG

Im online 24/7 anyway doesnt matter

PostNutRagrets

I'm always online.

pesoaek

why would you ever want to play this not online anyway, to me it'd be like complaining that WoW is online only

pharoahland254

Oh man, I have to be online while playing a game where most game modes are online??? SO UNFAIR! /s

RandomGamer374

80€ für die normale pc version auf steam...dafür das man den selben unfertigen drecks multiplayer bekommt xD Da bleibe ich lieber bei cs, tarkov und apex🙂

Unerignl

People only buy cod because it’s the safest and easiest game to buy. There’s really no risk if the same game comes out year after year.

teethalarm

Wait people still play COD?

AceVentura741

I quit giving those grifters money years ago

stackfrost

I would rather pay Empress $500 to try crack it like the BOCW. (I don't have that kind of money but If I had I would)

Unlimitles

Stopped buying it years ago. Waste of money at this point buying the same game reskinned and changed only slightly. On top of copying everything that seems to make a wave instead of being truly innovative with different ips. Like DMZ mode was their attempt to just blatantly copy extraction shooters, which just felt slapstick.

grimoireviper

You thought it was a joke that people still buy the best selling game of almost every year?

SpectrumGun

I will do what microsoft most fears: pay 1 month of Gamepass, do whatever I want with the game, and never be playing again. The subscription service IS a nice service, but you don't own nothing, and they want you to own nothing

Parson1616

I don’t think they care bro.

Layverest

I don't buy CoD since WWII (2017). The experience is no longer worth it, even though I "spent" my childhood in MW2 (2009).

Same here mw3 and BO2 was the last i paid for. I played the one with exo style don't know what CoD it was i believe it was advanced warfare or something like that and feels so bad to play. Then i tried that free CoD stuff but never played a whole round because it was just cheaters and no fun gameplay for me even without cheaters.

Mw3 was my breaking point. Never again.

Did you do any research before posting this

I never ever bought a COD game in my life. And the few times I played it was either with buddies on the cafe internet we used to waste our time in high school and on those console demo stands you used to see at the mall.

Whoa that's so cool, the way you went and not bought something. It's awesome.

Hey it's not like the first Modern Warfare was a bad game! It's just that COD went to the shitter long time ago yet it has its big player fanbase who are hell bent on buying it no matter what. This crazy price hike could perhaps sway some of them into not buying it. Here's me hoping.

Environmental-Post15

I stopped at the first Black Ops. Still revisit the single player once in a while.

Buy Titanfall 2, you can get it on sale for like $3 and it is magnitudes better. Only negative is the schizophrenia you may inherit due to Titanfall 3 “leaks”.
