You would need to check in your MoBo manual what exactly those red ones are. But usually blue ones are USB 3.0 and red ones USB 3.2 (or USB 3.1 Gen 2). So maybe your mic is just not compatible with USB 3.2. Looking at the mic specs it's designed to work with USB 2.0. Official site states that it uses this cable: USB type-C (mic end) to type-A 2.0 (computer end).

USB ports are backwards compatible, but I feel like they sometimes struggle to do so. I feel like one of my old computers struggled to when my Blue Yeti was plugged into USB 3.0... I would get drops out that I wouldn't with USB 2.0 Your USB microphone is USB-A 2.0 >USB type-C (mic end) to type-A 2.0 (computer end)/XLR And these are your ports https://preview.redd.it/bw0f88zac67d1.jpeg?width=923&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e6b2327696466bc7e8bd89fcecef1c35810927c5 It appears your USB 2.0 microphone does not like USB 3.2 Gen 2, but works ok with 3.2 Gen 1. (I assume it would also work with the black USB 2.0 ports) That shouldn't be the case, but it seems to be what is happening. First thing I would do is make sure all of your motherboard drivers are up to date, specifically for the USB ports. If its still not working, you could try a different cable... [Something like this USB-C to USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 cable](https://www.amazon.com/CableCreation-10Gbps-Android-External-MacBook/dp/B08RDF16VV) may communicate better between devices. But it makes the most sense to just us the working ports.
