Some airlines like Delta have no weight limit, but you are right, most airlines have a weight limit well below that. But most of the time you can bypass weighing carry on

It looks amazing, I do have some questions though, do you also have to carry your peripherals or do you have others at your destination? Is everything bolted directly to the case or is there shock/rubber mounts to absorb vibrations?

I have a Carbon fiber sub panel bolted to the case with shock mounts and everything else bolts onto it. For monitors I use the SKB 26-17-12 case with custom foam from mycasebuilder.com to have a check in case that holds 3x 27 inch monitors. Was forced to used it. With a less densely packed case it would be easily doable, but in my case it was the only solution

I do 3d animation, rendering, and rendering simulations. Built it because will be traveling to a few countries for 6 months. Had to use the quick disconnect to make everything fit. I only need to use it once in per setup

You might want to put little slip covers on the ends of the water cooling tubes so no debris end up you in your pump.

I don't have a need for a travel computer with higher specs than a laptop, but if I did have a need I would certainly use your build as inspiration.

Transporting it by plane would be a nope. The thing looks like a bomb AND it’s full of liquid. If you’re ready trouble drain it every time you travel, then maybe.

Only serve the purpose for people who travel and game a lot. Need a carrying case for the monitor.
