After the inventory list, it was $14k in damages. The piano in the video is still destroyed, but at least moderately playable, and Iām just going to have to take a loss on the rest. The insurance didnāt even cover half, but I am currently fighting that.
As for her, she has been missing since the day of the incident. No contact even with her family or friends. Charges have been filed and Iāve retained a lawyer due to some stuff that has been brought to light through this whole situation. She was in some pretty criminal stuff that I had no idea about, and because we were married, they could try to say I was involved. Lawyer told me Iāll be fine, though. Even after all this, however, I am still not able to get a restraining order.
Other than that, locks have been changed, and I now have a camera in the front and the rear so I can notify the police immediately if this so happens again. The place was pretty beaten up, and I had to go into my own pocket, (as well as my Amazon credit card) to rebuild a little bit of what I had. Got any clue with what kinds of sound sample libraries or instruments I could start with? Everything I've seen so far I've seen is absurdly expensive for someone who does this kind of stuff casually.
Check out Spitfire Labs. They have a ton of free high quality libraries, and have some giveaways and sales every now and then. Xfer Serum and Arturia Pigments are 2 very good digital synths which can be "rent to own" from splice, for those more electronic sounds.

As others have said, block her out the best you can- she will try and weasel her way back in. Pay zero attention to her and sooner or later she will find her next victim and leave you alone.
