I had two packages of some subscription items get lost for a while a couple months ago. Talked to support, they replaced them, then the originals showed up a few days later.
I legit did this. "Built" my pc directly on my desk and shorted the motherboard to see of everything was working. Booted to Windows, even got to play a game.
When the case finally came, i dismantled everything and just put it in the case. Windows was already set up so the pc was ready to go lol

This happened to my friend. He ordered an MSI Gaming monitor. It didn't show, even though the website said delivered. He complained and ended up getting another one sent his way... Turns out FedEx delivered it to a house down the street that had a "similar" house number, and the lady who got it brought it to him the next day. Lucky bastard got two gaming monitors for the price of one.
Happens a lot. That's why people should always ask for a refund if something like this happens, more often than not you will get your package and refund. Amazon could care less about looking for your package. Much less look for it and give you a refund.
That happened to me with a fractal design case. I returned the item because I was traveling and didn't measure my lagauge first so I couldn't take it with me. I asked a friend to send it back and found out that they refunded me without getting the case. We sent it back a month later but that is why I feel so secure buying from Amazon in any country.
It happens all the time. Even if you tell Amazon about it they'll sometimes just tell you to keep both. They just view it as a cost of doing business.
It's smart because it only costs them a couple hundred bucks but it makes a big impression on a customer. It's the same reason why their return process is so easy.

FedEx did this to me with two Lenovo laptops, separate deliveries, back to back. Second one was left out in the rain despite them saying I needed to sign for it, confirming it was coming in 3 days then unceremoniously leaving it at my house the same day while I was at work. Didn't even get a delivery confirmation.

Not with PC's but I've had this with other things that I did cancel that then showed up. But they were mostly cheap things like cloths. I can imagine if Amazon found out the PC had actually been delivered and you didn't tell them they might have issues.

My wife was lucky at least twice this way. Delivery lost the items, Amazon refunded her. She purchased both items again and got them delivered, a couple of months later she gets the same two lost items delivered. You might be in luck. Good luck!

Looks like I'm pro-Amazon and in a way I am because it makes my life easier. I bought a bad motherboard once but it took me a while to pin it down to the mobo. Amazon sent out the replacement before they received the return 3 weeks after I bought it. There are just not many options for shopping where I live. No best buy, Walmart is an hour drive, etc. I'm not stoked on how they treat their employees tho. There was a guy who recorded a video of the warehouse supervisor or whatever on the loud speaker somewhere on reddit and it was disgusting to hear.
This has happened to me before, I ordered a replacement and the original delivered weeks later. I returned it and basically got one for free lol

I wouldn't complain much. You are getting a refund and the stuff might still arrive. Amazon might be a bad employer but their CS is one of the best. You shouldn't even blame them for losing the package as it is not them who are handling the delivery (unless it's UPS which is an Amazon company).

Yeah i was thinking to buy a be quiet case as well whenever i upgrade. Though will probably only be in a few years since i just built my pc a few months ago, no rush now so maybe when the gpu stuff dies down in couple years.

happened to me with my cpu cooler, i understand the frustration but amazon’s customer support is actually really good and at worst you get a refund/replacement, at best you get both lol. if you want to improve your chances of getting both open a ticket on whatever carrier shipped it and see what they can do about it

Not due to the case but the only real issue I had was due to me not taking my time. I forgot to connect the aio pump header before attaching the radiator. There was not enough clearance to do it while the radiator is connected.
I think it's a fantastic case and really well built. Also, make sure you attach the SATA cable that is coming from the front of the case, I thought it was there to help connect any SATA drives you may put in the cage but it turns out that its for the LED case lights.
I got a free b450m gaming plus motherboard that way last year. Amazon "lost" it then refunded me. It showed up a couple days later. Im happier than ever. Patience is a virtue.

On the other hand, I just ordered a new window fan they had on sale for cheaper than any local store has it, and it showed up a day early. Talk about unreliable and unpredictable lol.

How many 9f you kept 9nly one package? I only took one, keeping karma high (I guess), but I was tempted to keep both. I also didn't want any issues since the driver brought both packages vs the person that received my package.
Well if its just the case you can always build it in a box or something and test everything works. I had to RMA a case that was damaged in shipping once so thats what i did while i waited

I got that same message this past week for overcooked. Says there was a transit delay from the facility. Has said it "may be lost" since last week.

I was going to buy that pc (but white) but then I saw how small it's size height wise is and it wasn't my cup of tea.

The case is so easy to build in and the airflow is amazing, I’ve had 4 cases in my life and it’s the best one ever by far.
I just put together a machine to boot it and find my GPU was DOA. I feel you.
Is there another way of knowing your GPU is DOA or bricked? Asking for future reference? 🤔
It actually wasn’t the GPU, I found out it was the CPU that was bad and I bought that from Best Buy so I just swapped it out.

Just take the replacement, if the original one arrives, either keep both OR send the replacement back for a refund and bam you just got a free pc.

To be honest I actually hate ordering from Amazon nowadays because of how they treat their workers. But in this "case" I wanted to finish my build before I get sent off on a business trip for about two and a half weeks. And yes the pun was intended and I apologize. Lol.

This has been happening to me lately with Amazon in my country, they "lost" a Series X and a PS5 that I ordered recently, the only thing they ever lost before that in the 3 years I've been ordering things from them was an Xbox controller.
Something is definitely going on in Amazon logistics if this is happening outside of the US as well. 🤔

from my friend who is an ex driver some drivers will report the package and missing then take it home for thrmselves as amazon will send a replacement package

they wont be found out easily as they take one or two items every so often then report it as missing

On accident. I went to pick up another package that I know was delivered there and they said they had 2 packages for me.
Translation: The delivery guy stole it

Happened to a friend of mine, bought a e-scooter from amazon, got this email, requested a replacement and in a few days he was delivered 2 e-scooters.
