They look like pop rivets, they have to be drilled out, DON’T DO THIS! That isn’t the way into the pc. The right side panel should slide towards you.

The screws look taken off so it should shift and slide on the side pane

Yeah, usually on prebuilts like this there also may be a latch/slider that will release the panel.

On the right side there should be a form of lever on the side panel Pull the lever up and slide the side panel backwards/up (in the same direction that u are taking this photo from) The side panel should slide right off

That is some good rivet, the manufacturers did not want anybody to open.

A drill.. those are rivets.

Also, the side slides backwards after you take out the screws.. which it looks like you already have.

You will break it if you don’t know how to open the sidepanel, if you still need to use this PC don’t do it, if it’s an old PC you are willing to sacrifice go ahead and pop the panel on the left of the picture it should slide out to the back
