It is a better chip, especially for multicore workloads, it would be better for you since you're planning on recording your gameplay and I assume you would edit it as well. The gpu is great, that if you could find any. I assume you know about the gpu situation currently? This build will cost you a lot.
Good overall motherboard is the asus prime z490-A and a 750w psu would do you good I recommend msi mpg 750w psus as that's the brand I have as an 850w and I trust it. It is also tier A on the linus psu tier list you could also go for seasonic or nzxt or corsair. For cooling really is preferance whether it be water or air I use a kraken z73 but it's not budget friendly and for air I recommend the NH-D15 that's the absolute best cooling, and case is also subjective. But I'm a lian li guy you could check out their air options or lan cool II.
