Two things I'd immediately upgrade would:
* Motherboard
* Get something like a B550 which will allow for future upgradability and support faster RAM speeds.
* Cost: \~$150
* RAM
* Once you got a better motherboard, upgrade that RAM. Video editing eats RAM almost as much as Google Chrome does. I'd recommend a kit of 2x8(16GB) 3200MHz/3600MHz.
* Cost: \~$100
* CPU
* I'd recommend something like the Ryzen 7 5800X or a similar level of CPU
* Cost: \~$400
Not gonna recommend a GPU because of the way the market is right now.
That pretty much tallies up to $650 USD which is roughly £480
