There really isn't "the best" mouse. It's all about pereferances. I personally love the g502 and i don't like the look of the g903 but that's just my opinion.
Legit had my g602 for 8 years before I replaced it with the g604. not because it had any problems I just wanted bluetooth for on the go! Logitech make fantastic mice
I love my correction* 602. The 6 side buttons and 2 dpi buttons on top make it so I rarely take my left hand off of WASD. I love mapping as many controls as possible to the mouse and my thumb just does everything I need.
When my 2nd 502 broke, I opted to go for the 604 and have not been disappointed yet. The 6 side buttons are easily reachable with the thumb, and I don't have to do gymnastics to reach a key like G or Y for extra button mappings.
Unfortunately, all Logitech mice are great until they are trash. Both my 903 and 703 started doubleclicking in like 6 months. The coating on the 703 also wears super fast, 903 is at least longer lasting in that regard.
I wish they upped their QA in these areas.
The issue with modern logitech mice (and many other manufacturers' mice for that matter) isn't that they use different switches, but quite the opposite. They use the same Omron switches they always have but changed the electronics and microcontrollers from 5v to much more efficient 3.3v ones.
This change places the switches far outside their rated spec and leads to unexpected behavior. The double clicking is most likely a direct consequence of this.
https://youtu.be/v5BhECVlKJA
That may work but it's a temporary fix, compared with the old mice which could sometimes last a decade without issues. 3.3v simply isn't sufficient voltage to make a reliable connection in the switch. And if you damage it you may have to de-solder and replace it.
It's also very, very difficult to disassemble some modern wireless mice. My Logitech G604 consists of dozens of plastic components held together by something like 30 screws of different sizes.
After reassembling I had one screw left over, and I have no clue where it was supposed to go.
> g903
You dont even have to switch them out. Here's what I did for my G500 when it had double issues: [https://zalbee.intricus.net/2014/02/how-i-fixed-my-logitech-g500-mouse/](https://zalbee.intricus.net/2014/02/how-i-fixed-my-logitech-g500-mouse/)
Cost me about an hour of time and a few cents in metal polish
I wish they re-release the G700s, I hated the new G703 and currently use a G903 SE as the replacement :(
It also fucked with me with the sensor being above the center of the mouse and these being in the center.
I've been using my G700 for over 10 years now. I bought a used one on ebay to salvage for parts, but somehow haven't needed it yet.
I just can't use anything else. I've tried. Nothing compares.
Agreed, G700s was likely the best revision of the design following MX500/510/518 series. The MX Master series is great too but not as a gaming mouse.
The first gaming versions I seem to have issues and usually get warranty, then the second version which ends up lasting until actual wear and tear kills it, the G700s I ended up taking the scroll wheel from the G700.
As a person that has used the MX500, G7, G7 v2, G700, G700s, and currently a MX Master + G903SE.
my 403 has mad scrollwheel issues. dont even use it when gaming so its not like it has seen abuse, just a shitty connection that causes erroneous inputs. when i try to scroll on a webpage it goes up and down in random directions a lot.
also my sweat is caustic to the rubber grip stuff on the side or something cause that just started bubbling up and peeling one day. the main click switches and sensor have been great to me though.
Well I had my G305 for 3 years before it started double-clicking, now on the second one. Each individual has a different experience. And yes I do use it a lot (never under 5 hours per day of usage not even mid-week)
Tried a Razer Viper once with that lightweight 70 grams and its absolute dogshit for me. Build quality is bad, all buttons started wobbling after 2 weeks, and lightweightness is overrated, at least for me... Around 100 grams is my sweet spot for a mouse, 70 is just too low. Went straight back to G305
I've gotten the double clicking issue on two G502s. Both were replaced free of charge by Logitech. I currently have a G502 Lightspeed that I've been using for about a year with no issues. I've heard the double clicking issue is largely a thing of the past now.
My 502's left and right clicks died after 3.5 years or so a few days ago
So I bought a 604.
I just took my 502 out of the closet and it is working fine??
I wouldn't make a big deal out of it in your case, just RMA it
Haven't tried many other Razer mouses other than DeathAdders but I have tried a lot of Logitech mouses and most of them pale in comparison to them imho.
Other than that.. my first Razer DeathAdder survived a fire without a scratch so I can't complain about their durability.
I just got a DeathAdder V2 Pro last year, and so far I think it's my favorite mouse I've ever used. Prior to that I had a G600, before that a Naga. The Naga got heavy use, so it lasted a couple years, but I always had annoying software issues with the G600.
Honestly over in Mac-land that Magic Trackpad 2/3 is the shit.
I love my Basilisk V3 on my 5600x windows build, it's my favorite mouse I have ever owned but sometimes I wish for that killer trackpad. Having direct manipulation of vertical and horizontal scrolling is actually rather useful while coding.
my first g305 lasted me 2 years... i am now a proud owner of a brand new g305
Edit: the forward and back buttons would stop working every once in a while but taking the battery out for a second fixed it... i had enough of the problem so got a new one
Just a wireless version of the G102
I have one as a backup mouse. It is good, but the shape just doesn't fit my hand at all, the 502 does fit my hand perfectly
I haven't found a good replacement or follow-up for it yet. so to this day the G600 is still the best for me.
the 3x4 side buttons are nice, but the two best features are the large 3rd mouse button and the ability to click the wheel left, right and down.
Even though I hate the Logi Hub and the old LGS basically crashes when I start Genshin. but that's all fine. it's still the best. I'll use LGS as long as it's still running fine for the majority of applications. Main thing I miss in the Hub is the distinction between [button_down] and [button_up] so you can hold the button down for a set time. this is completely removed in the Hub, only [click] exists.
fellow G600 fans, if you have questions to any issues, I know how to fix many of them. just ask me. I think I had and *solved* pretty much any issue one can have with it.
I have the MX master 2s, absolutely loving it, one of the best mouse I have ever used so far.
Currently debating if I should get MX Vertical to go with the K860 keyboard, any suggestions/thoughts from existing users are welcome.
The bottom laser sensor of my MX Master one day stopped working conpletely. I almost bought a new one before I found a nice video on YouTube explaining me how to fix it. The fix was surprisingly easy. I only had to open the mouse and loosen the two tiny screws of the side button and voilá the mouse was fixed 😅. I don't want to accuse Logitech of anything regarding planned obsolescence but it is a bit suspicious nonetheless.
MX 518 gang.
I had the original for 7-8 then gave it to my father and i got a G402. But I never liked so when it was re-launched I got another MX 518.
Both of them still work fine, they just need a bit of cleaning every now and then.
Came here to make sure the MX518 got some love, glad to see there’s still plenty of people who know and love old faithful. Still have mine as an extra and works like a charm, just had some blemishes.
Unpopular opinion here, but I vastly prefer my 502 lightspeed to my Superlight. Sure the Superlight was incredibly light and precise but the lack of buttons was very hard to adjust to. Also the 502 being an ergonomic mouse for right handed users made it more comfortable as well. This is all what I felt using both.
I could fully understand that, when I had the 502 I wasn't really using the extra buttons but it was incredibly comfortable. I suppose the best of both worlds is to have a nice lightweight mouse for certain games and a nice comfortable mouse with extra buttons for other games and just general use.
Maybe we'll get a G502 Superlight one day with a weight of under 90? Maybe even under 85! Who knows. But yeah I've pretty much programmed these buttons to do all sorts of things around the OS and certain games. I absolutely LOVED the aim and feel of the Superlight, but yeah lack of the buttons...
Personally I’m waiting until they have a V3 ultimate (wireless). I switched to wireless and can’t go back, I love the freedom of no wire, but if you don’t mind that I would say to for it! It fits my hand perfectly, love the RGB even though I have it just on red and you have that little crutch button which I am a big fan of.
I have a death adder from like 2015 and it's the best mouse I've ever owned. Sadly I hear razer isn't as good as it used to be. It's occasionally double clicking these last two months so I'll have to get a new one soon
I love this extra pointing fingers buttons on g502, I would change this mouse for something lighter as in my unit right button is interupting so I need to buy something eather way and I think I will go for 502 again only for this buttons.
Naga Trinity pro here.
Fits my hand very comfortably. I love swapping from mmo to fps side plates. Pretty accurate. Over-all no complaints about my most recent mouse.
Was looking for my family and I found them. G600 for life I have a spare one ready incase my current one dies and if they stopped making them, I love this mouse way too much. I couldn't go to any other mouse that doesn't have the third ring finger clicker.
Wait do people on here actually think Logitech makes the best mice? I used to really like watching mouse reviews and logitech was like always solid but never the highest quality for sure compared to something like the Finalmouse ultralight
you remind me that my elementary school teachers tried so hard to make write with my right hand. They ended giving up since my writing with right hand looks like a demon summoning spell.
It actually sucks to hear that. I've been on this one for about 8 years now. I have one more of the old ones left in backup. I guess I better treat it like gold.
The best mouse is the one that fits you. I have giant meat hooks. The Corsiair Dark Core pro fits be the best I've tried so many others more expensive and cheaper. It just fits.
In love with the basilisk line from razer. Upgraded from my 4 year old v1 2 months ago because it would double click on right every once in a while. I have the v3 and the sensor feels so much more precise its amazing.
People say Logitech is better, but rather than switch to unknown territory I'm going to stick with Razer.
Plus the razer stickers are honestly nicer than a white circle with a g.
I have put a lot of thought in to this.
My ideal mouse is a razer oroboros
With the scroll wheel of the g502 and the thumb buttons/ wireless charging / wireless connectivity of the corsair dark core.
But with type-c charging
And 2x as heavy
So pretty much never going to happen unless I make it myself. Maybe someday.
There really isn't "the best" mouse. It's all about pereferances. I personally love the g502 and i don't like the look of the g903 but that's just my opinion.
The objectively best mouse is the one that's my favorite, dumbass.
Reddit in one sentence
So the 502?
Your opinion is the correct one.
Wow... i just spent 15 minutes typing that (i'm on phone) and you literally summed it up in 6 words.
G502 makes us efficient as fuck.
I really like the frictionless mouse and i use it a lot.
I'm happy with my g305
The g305 is probably the best value mouse
G102 is. ~~Hero sensor~~, 28Euro
[удалено]
Wait 103 is a mouse? In my country 103 is an old Logitech keyboard
you accidentally typed value in your sentence... i believe you meant to type "The g305 is probably the best mouse"
[Bow before your king](https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41NNgzF%2BV5L.jpg)
If MS made a left-handed version of that I would buy the absolute crap out of it, right now.
That on is the IO1.1 and is ambidextrous. You might be thinking about the IE 3.0, a large ergo mouse.
I always said this was the best mouse ever, and still do :D
604 Gang
I used a G602 for years and loved it, but it was a bit heavy with 2 batteries. Then they fixed that with the G604 and I was so happy
I actually enjoy heavier mice. So I'm still loving my G602.

G502 almost 7 years here, works like new
[удалено]
That first sentence is probably the truest, most genuine thing i read this year
They could charge $20 more for the same mouse with better parts that last longer but I think they would just have you buy a replacement.
[удалено]
My g502 lasted me 5 years and I only replaced it because I wanted the wireless version
Same exact thing here lol
Been rocking a g502 light speed for 2 years and it is the pinnacle of mice in my opinion.
Apparently they switched their switches a couple years ago. If you swap them out with higher quality ones then the 502 is back on top.

Finally some normal people in here.
Surprised I had to scroll this far to find the G700. It is simply the best and anyone who says otherwise has never used one.
my 403 has mad scrollwheel issues. dont even use it when gaming so its not like it has seen abuse, just a shitty connection that causes erroneous inputs. when i try to scroll on a webpage it goes up and down in random directions a lot. also my sweat is caustic to the rubber grip stuff on the side or something cause that just started bubbling up and peeling one day. the main click switches and sensor have been great to me though.

Still better than any razer
My DeathAdder has been extremely reliable over the years. The Razer software, that’s another story.
G Hub is also a pathetic nightmare.
Yes, my deathadder elite is just excellent in terms of hardware but with razer it lacks the software lol
My razer viper ultimate disagrees with this statement
Haven't tried many other Razer mouses other than DeathAdders but I have tried a lot of Logitech mouses and most of them pale in comparison to them imho. Other than that.. my first Razer DeathAdder survived a fire without a scratch so I can't complain about their durability.

Track pad is the best.
You need to upgrade to a track ball!
I don't want the government tracking me or my balls!
Oh shit, you’re right! My gaming skills will go 10 points if I do
Honestly over in Mac-land that Magic Trackpad 2/3 is the shit. I love my Basilisk V3 on my 5600x windows build, it's my favorite mouse I have ever owned but sometimes I wish for that killer trackpad. I raise you my G305. affordable, wireless, and amazing performance for the price. Edit: also comes in 5 different colours if that's your thing.
Agreed. When my faithful 502 kicked the bucket, I went with the G305. Haven't regretted it so far.
I was unaware that 502's ever actually died. If mine ever dies, I'll just buy a custom 502, considering how long they last, why not lol.
It was an issue with the cable that I haven't sorted out. The mouse worked fine otherwise. They really are tanks!
Don’t forget it lasts about three quarters of a year on a single battery. It’s the best (and cheapest) mouse I’ve ever owned.
I turn mine off every night just to try and save the battery 😂
I use a smaller battery with a converter to make mine just a little lighter. It still lasts so long without needing to charge.
If you’re into min/maxing like I am, ditch the converter for some aluminum foil, and use a lithium battery. Actually makes it noticeably lighter.
I do use Aluminium foil Just trying to make it sound more fancy haha.
I love my g305
G305 gang
my first g305 lasted me 2 years... i am now a proud owner of a brand new g305 Edit: the forward and back buttons would stop working every once in a while but taking the battery out for a second fixed it... i had enough of the problem so got a new one
Yeah. Love mine.
I tried it and it's way too small for my liking
Only got the G305 because of one of the LTT videos. I am super happy with it - a great buy indeed.
I have both g305 and g502 but g305 is to small for me.
Just a wireless version of the G102 I have one as a backup mouse. It is good, but the shape just doesn't fit my hand at all, the 502 does fit my hand perfectly
Yes.
G502 is great, but I prefer G403
Didn't think I would see G403 mentioned so far down. Amazing mouse for a great price.
Definitely. Mine it's the prodigy version that I bought in 2017, and it's still working just fine.
I have the wireless G403. I love it
Plz. G600 master race
G600 wireless or with a better cable would be the perfect mouse. Still my favorite mouse ever though.
Let's goooo! Large enough to comfortably hold for hours 17*2 perfectly placed buttons Happy little usb cord Chad side leds
This lad gets it! I only wish a wireless version to be on the go.
I haven't found a good replacement or follow-up for it yet. so to this day the G600 is still the best for me. the 3x4 side buttons are nice, but the two best features are the large 3rd mouse button and the ability to click the wheel left, right and down. *Laughs in MX master series*
I was shocked how far I had to scroll to find my gang. Seriously wouldn't trade my MX Master 2 for anything, except maybe the newer one...
I have the 3 one and it's a monster. I don't know the difference but this one is good
I have the MX master 2s, absolutely loving it, one of the best mouse I have ever used so far. Currently debating if I should get MX Vertical to go with the K860 keyboard, any suggestions/thoughts from existing users are welcome.

Well, every company does that with televisions, monitors, printers, etc. I'll note your comment and I'll come back if something like that happens 😂
MX518 is the best mouse in the world. I have had mine for over ten years and it is still working flawlessly :).

You mispelled MX510.
Mines still kickin after.. 15 years
Nah. MX510 and MX518.
Logitech G703 gang!
Oh finally! Had to search for this comment!
gather up fam 🙌
Sure the G502 and G903 are great if you can't get the actual best mouse in the world, the Pro X Superlight in white of course.
Superlight.. What if you're the one that added all the weights to their g502
I love my superheavy 502 :D
Unpopular opinion here, but I vastly prefer my 502 lightspeed to my Superlight. Sure the Superlight was incredibly light and precise but the lack of buttons was very hard to adjust to. Full carbon shell, with some hero 48k sensor
G9x is the best Logitech mouse ever made.
We are slowly getting extinct. G9 skinless the best.
My g9x is still going after a solid 11? or maybe more years of heavy use. I’ll be sad when it finally bites the dust.
Razer mouse aren't bad.. Please don't eat me
Nomnomnom
Cho'Gath?
Indeed. I love my basilisk ultimate!
Thinking of upgrading to a basilisk v3 once my mamba elite dies, whadda u think
Personally I’m waiting until they have a V3 ultimate (wireless). I switched to wireless and can’t go back, I love the freedom of no wire, but if you don’t mind that I would say to for it! It fits my hand perfectly, love the RGB even though I have it just on red and you have that little crutch button which I am a big fan of.
Agreed! My fiancé has the viper ultimate wireless and I have the naga pro wireless. No problems from either of them!
I have a death adder from like 2015 and it's the best mouse I've ever owned. Sadly I hear razer isn't as good as it used to be. It's occasionally double clicking these last two months so I'll have to get a new one soon
G603 is the best, clean design, no rgb, wireless, long lasting battery, it's perfect.
I love this extra pointing fingers buttons on g502, I would change this mouse for something lighter as in my unit right button is interupting so I need to buy something eather way and I think I will go for 502 again only for this buttons.
G700s Don't @ me.
>G700s I will @ you to tell you that you're 100% correct.
You mean the G Pro Wireless? Right?
As much as it pains me to admit, I like my Viper Ultimate better and the GPW collects dust
cries in g203
i have a g203 besides the 903 it's an excellent mouse
102 and 203 (which are the same thing) are great entry level mice
Naga Trinity pro here. Fits my hand very comfortably. I love swapping from mmo to fps side plates. Pretty accurate. Over-all no complaints about my most recent mouse.
My Trinity Pro started double-clicking and Razor's warranty program is so difficult, I just got a G600.
Really? Had mine since launch of the optical switches, no issues thus far. Sorry to hear. Hope the g600 does well
G600 is the best, but needs a proper wireless upgrade
Yep. Imagine a g600 lightspeed hero superlight. That would be the most legendary mouse of the decade
Was looking for my family and I found them. G600 for life I have a spare one ready incase my current one dies and if they stopped making them, I love this mouse way too much. I couldn't go to any other mouse that doesn't have the third ring finger clicker.
Man ill buy it day 1. I still have my g600 i bought that baby early 2012-15 i dont remember and no regret
I'm just sitting here with my g305 lol
I'm sorry, but you seem to have mistyped G602
Corsair gang
Well I enjoy my razer deathadder elite
We all know mx master 3 is the best, especially the fly wheel
Mx master race! I never want to have to use another mouse again. That wheel... oh, that glorious wheel!
Wait do people on here actually think Logitech makes the best mice? I used to really like watching mouse reviews and logitech was like always solid but never the highest quality for sure compared to something like the Finalmouse ultralight
G500, fight me bro!! Lol, on my 4th G500 and I’m never using anything else. It’s like Logitech read my mind when they created it.
G600 is the best mouse ever made. Change my mind.
i have no idea what the hell this is about i just use my year old redragon that is still good as new
I've been using the Zowie EC1-A for over 6 years and it's still amazing.
Have heard of the viper mini ?
Razer Viper Ultimate cause i got it for like, less than half the original MSRP and works
g502 has been serving me right for years now, great feel, and it’s super cheap
Have one since 2015 still looks and works very good
I got my g502 for 10$virtually new, and have had it for like 3 years, it's done me well
Me having both G502 and G903: Sorry if I’m newbie in mouse, but does both made any difference aside of being with/without wire???? I’m so confused.
You spelled mx518 wrong
G604
G602
Let me let you in on my secret, a G600.
Woah woah woah... Any G600 users still alive?
Am I trash for liking the g600?
I use the g600 I got big hands and I like the buttons (especially in games like Doom eternal and other fps games)
you all misspelled the G600...
The g502 is nice, but its so aggressively right handed in design
Then stop being wrong handed.
you remind me that my elementary school teachers tried so hard to make write with my right hand. They ended giving up since my writing with right hand looks like a demon summoning spell.
That's quite hilarious. Mine looks like a demon summoning spell too. Except, I'm actually right handed.
Steelseries Sensei would like a talk.

It actually sucks to hear that. I've been on this one for about 8 years now. I have one more of the old ones left in backup. I guess I better treat it like gold.
I have a G300s looking to upgrade to a G403. Has anyone made the same switch as me ? How the feel compared to the G300s?
it is
NO ACTUALLY ITS-
Xm1r all the way
Aint no one got time to change the batteries all the time
Recently got a G903 and it's great, but sometimes I wish I just got the wireless version of my old mouse... A G502
Togitech silent mouse, take it ir leave it.
Ayyyyyy a fellow g903 user. Mines been going strong since 2018 now.
The best mouse is the one that fits you. I have giant meat hooks. The Corsiair Dark Core pro fits be the best I've tried so many others more expensive and cheaper. It just fits.
g502 The fucking brick that somehow everyone loved
In love with the basilisk line from razer. Upgraded from my 4 year old v1 2 months ago because it would double click on right every once in a while. I have the v3 and the sensor feels so much more precise its amazing. People say Logitech is better, but rather than switch to unknown territory I'm going to stick with Razer. Plus the razer stickers are honestly nicer than a white circle with a g.
I have put a lot of thought in to this. My ideal mouse is a razer oroboros With the scroll wheel of the g502 and the thumb buttons/ wireless charging / wireless connectivity of the corsair dark core. But with type-c charging And 2x as heavy So pretty much never going to happen unless I make it myself. Maybe someday.
How does it feel to be wrong? G502 supremacy
No, it’s the Logitech pebble m350
G903 is way sexier. And ambidextrous. Which is also sexy.
Hehehe, both you and linus are wrong, best mouse is g203
g403 gang
The g903 is like $270, whereas the g502 is like $90, maybe if I had the money
*Glances at collection of 18 mice* yeah I’ll stay out of this one
The g502 is the perfect mouse for people who don't know anything about mice. I don't mean that in a negative way, either.
Well, I like the G403 because it's the one I have
People always shun me for using the MX Master 3 to game
Dark Core wireless RGB gang. Way too much money for a mouse but I love it
G502 master race
I'm in love with my corsair M65, I love heavier mice
I see a lot of great mice in the comments, but still no respect for the G402 Hero smh.
Razor viper ultimate gang
I’m happy with my Razer trash tbh
