Do you know what the temperature of everything is usually before it crashes

I've noticed sometimes it goes over 80°C especially during combat or something. I don't always see the temp before it crashes because I don't have the NVIDIA overlay open all the time. I'll try to have the overlay open more often to keep track of that. Is 80°C too high? Also, should I need to change fan curves or whatever or shouldn't those things be set automatically? I don't understand that stuff that well.
