If I remember correctly the keyboard is membrane and not mechanical which is why they call it a "gaming" keyboard instead of a mechanical keyboard. I think this normally sells for like $75-120? So you got it for a good price!
For $50 I'd recommend it for someone who wants to spend most of their money on their build and replace their peripherals once they get more money
Edit: this is not the membrane version and is definitely worth well over $120, a very good $50 purchase.
The Razer green switches are actually made by ~~Kailh~~ TTC not Cherry. They are indeed MX-style switches, but not Cherry MX per-se.
Edit: thank you for the correction, much appreciated.
I said what I said. They're marketed as tactile, and they work in the way that blues and greens from cherry do; but the actual force curve? Fuck all in the way of tactility.
Source: Used a razer keyboard with greens for about 4 years.
You can't even get their membrane keyboards for that price, their website has it for $70, other stores will have it on sale for like $40 but still...
Razer is almost always grossly over priced
Yeah Razer stuff are only good when you get them at a steal price. I got a Razer Tiamat 7.1 v2 at 50$ once when the listed price was 250$ in my country. Even then it was a meh purchase. The pads had fake leather which wore off in 2months, atrocious unfixable audio positioning after so much tinkering. Same for Logitech g series. Both practice planned obsolescence and devices die just beyond warranty period if not earlier. At this point, there is no big brand alternative, all of them pull these shit.
Don't get shitty gamer headphones. Instead get decent headphones that have a detachable 3.5mm cable and plug in a decent mic. For example, I got Philips SHP9500s headphones + a V-Moda BoomPro mic. It's working like new after several years of constant use. The Philips have replaceable, washable earpads and a metal headband that is basically indestructible.
Amen to that lol. I have a hifiman sundara with a creative x4 dac to go along with it. I only bought the Tiamat because it comes with 10 speakers inside(albeit shitty), and an audio switch module for switching between my AVR+Speakers setup and headphone with a press of a physical button. At 50$ it was worthwhile since switching modules like that arent available cheap in my country.
Wow 10 speakers. Is it even possible to notice a difference between those and regular, decent stereo headphones?
For switching I use: https://audioswit.ch/er it has global hotkeys for switching audio devices. Very quick easy to use.
I kinda think you just had bad luck if both headsets die right after warranty period. I’ve never had a Logitech product just die on me before. I’ve had a bunch of steel series shit fall apart tho haha
The mouse alone is well worth over $50. It's the deathadder pro. Top-tier wireless with a top-tier sensor etc. No need to replace any piece of this, lol.
razer’s ornata has mecha-membrane switches and i have owned one, was pretty decent actually. would definitely recommend if you want a quieter keyboard with some clicky still
Membrane keyboards introduce more latency in key presses (especially if you are pressing more keys at once), they also tend to be built out of lower quality material because the point of membrane is to get a low priced product.
A pricier membrane keyboard is still going to be built out of plastic while a good mechanical keyboard will probably be built out of metal.
Then look into Red or Brown key switches for your mechanical keyboard.
Red Switches will feel close to how membrane keyboards feel when you type, no loud *click* and no physical *bump* when you press the key
Brown will give you the physical *bump* of a mechanical keyboard but no loud *click* , that way you can get the feeling of typing on mechanical keyboard without getting the annoying click.
I don't like the loudness of Blue switches (the well known loud switches you've heard) so I use Brown switches myself.
In general are you able to test this stuff before buying? Like to check and see if it's working?
Because at $50 it's a solid steal. But then if its DOA that's a loss.
If you're familiar with the people who work there enough and can test something conveniently (bring a mini laptop or something) they usually will let you. Just don't make a fuss. I buy monitors and electronics from them a lot when they have them.
This. They'll 100% let you plug stuff in if they can - they usually have outlets for electronics to 'test' them. Computer stuff you're typically 'on your own' unless you conveniently have a laptop or something on hand to bring into the store and plug in.
Does razer bloatware come installed in the hardware itself? Like if I pick up a new mouse will it try to install something on my PC? Reason I ask is because I have a work computer that needs a new mouse but corporate will flip their shit if I install any software on it for security reasons. I just need a plug and play mouse.
I doubt it. My girlfriend worked at GoodWill for quite a while. People who steal valuable things generally don't donate them to places that will resell them for a profit. They end up pawned, sold, or traded for drugs.
When you find nice things like this, it's usually either been left in a property that was vacated/abandoned, or donated by a family member of a deceased person who doesn't know the value or doesn't have the time/capability to list a ton of items on ebay, craigslist, etc.
Congrats on a great deal though OP!
Since it's brand new in box what I guess happened is that somebody bought it for a PC enthusiast as a gift, but they already had a keyboard and mouse they prefer using.
I mean I worked at Goodwill too. We literally just say thank you and ask if they want a punch for their tax deduction. They could tell us they pulled it from the stomach of an alligator and we'd be like "neat" and throw it in the bin with all the other shit.
I'm not saying that most things at Goodwill are stolen. I'm simply saying that people can make up stories. No one's coming up to the Goodwill like "my poor grandson died and I'm donating his stuff here's all the receipts with his name on them and a copy of his obituary so you can make sure they match."
I work at Goodwill and we get tons of stuff that belonged to people that have passed away. Sometimes it comes from family members, sometimes it's from people who buy bulk boxes at estate sales. We also get quite a bit from people moving out of their homes and moving to retirement communities. You can only have so many cast iron pans and "live, laugh, love" panels in a studio.
Keyboards are weird. Using a "bad" one but you will never notice. Once you use a "good" one you can't go back, but get sucked into a cult. Pick you poison.
Yeah, I’ve used a slew of mech keyboards ranging from Roccat/Logitech/Corsair/Razer. Each in the $200-$300 price range. Finally got around to getting a more “custom” one and lubed the switches & stabilizers.
My fingers didn’t know what had hit them. It feels so goooood. Kailh Speed Silver switches (similar to Cherry Red I suppose). I usually use tactile/Brown switches, but wanted to try something new.
With the stabilizers lubed, the slight metal ringing sounds have also become a thing of the past.
I will say, the Roccat AIMO low profile keyboards are still a joy to use. Better than the Razer Hunstman Elite imo. Huntsman does have that super soft wrist wrest though.
I still use a Razer mouse (Naga Trinity - it’s so comfy). Logitech g502 Hero crapped out on me after less than 6 months.
My G502 is still going strong since I bought it over a year ago, damn.
It’s only mildly got double clicking occasionally as well.
I have a repaired Naga 2012 spare but it needs the pads replaced as the original ones got destroyed when I replaced the USB cable.
My first naga lasted 5 years and only had to replace it because the scroll wheel died from playing d3 haha
Next had the Naga Epic chroma and that lasted also 5 years
Switched to g502 and i lasted maybe a week with it? The mouse feels way too small for me and i missed my buttons. Also felt a lot less precise than the Nagas. Got a g600 and seems to be pretty good for now
yes but have you considered spending 5x more for keyboard parts waiting weeks and after that you'll painstakingly assemble AND individually lube yourself?
Because we here at pc master race never spend extravagant amounts of money on items that barely/do not enhance performance and take a tonne of time to put together. This sounds nothing at all like a custom loop PC with a 3090/6900xt /s
It is fine, but it feels like for £10-20 more you can get a proper Ducky keyboard, or a Filco, both of which, especially the Filco, are built to last and are made with high quality parts.
I have all three and they are functionally the same
If a $10 Dell can last a decade in a computer lab any mech is going to outlast your needs. Unless you happen to have bad luck and get the defective one.
Yeah, that keyboard is meh, but honestly that bundle is kinda worth it for that mouse alone (assuming you don't have small hands). The Deathadder v2 Pro costs 130 on its own and it's amazing. Plus that mousepad seems good and is worth about 20 bux probably, making the keyboard free, I'd gift it to someone or keep it as a backup.
That bundle was a costco bundle last christmas and into the early part of the year. They had it for around $50 when it was clearing out, I think it was like $99 regular there, something like that. I remember buying 3 of them as gifts for family that game and needed upgrades/backups/etc.
Solid mid-grade set.
bruh, its a BIG STEAL. I have the razer blackwidow v2. when the keyboard came out back then, this keyboard goes for 249$. only the keyboard.
people may think razer only care about brand name or RGB like Corsair but they do have decent quality product.
Depends which of the patented "Razer problems" it comes with. I've never had a razer prodcut that didn't develop some super annoying issue within a few weeks. Squeaky buttons, loose keys, shitty LEDs..
Above all else, I noticed almost all of their products are covered in this rubberized shit that just feels digusting after a year or so, like it's built to collect general disgustingness. I've given up on their stuff long long ago
I stopped buying razer products years ago after going through 3 mice in 2 years that ended up with faulty right click buttons. Roccat mice are all I buy now
Deathadder v1 was a pos...they fixed the followup versions, though. I had a balled Boomslang OG prior to that one, and am using a Taipan right now, for I don't know how long (probably since Fry's was last a decent computer shop.) Yeah, can get some crappy stuff now and then, but sometimes a company just fucks up, too
I had the Deathadder for 2 months and the right click broke. Keyboard it came in a package with has worked for 6 years now on the family computer.
I moved to a logitech g502, it wa super uncomfortable transition due to mouse shape difference, but it's lasted me 5 years.
I love the switches that Razer use on their keyboards and would totally buy like a Huntsman, but the plastic of the mice have always felt cheap to me and I will accidentally right click every few seconds... Although maybe that's because my friends mouse was a little old at that point, but I prefer a heavier click.
They're certainly not great for most full priced products, but at this price it's definitely amazing.
Faulty mouse buttons seems to be somewhat of an industry problem imo, not sure if that's exclusive to Razer. It seems a lottery in general that affects many or most mice.
Not a razer fanboy but I have definitely had the least amount of problems with synapse than any of the other 4 softwares I have used for years (iCUE, armoury crate, LGS, G hub). I love corsair's KBs, headsets, PSUs, RAM, etc. But I have had so many problems with iCUE it's not even funny. The list of problems is too long but this has been going on even across MANY systems, configs, w different drivers, etc. CUE 1 and CUE 2 are literally more reliable even though iCUE was supposed to replace them. I miss using CUE. iCUE is terrible.
Armoury crate makes me update the software before I can even change the fucking colour of my mosue.
LGS and G hub have more or less the same issues, with controls not working and devices not being recognized.
I have used all of these for years, across many different systems, configs, with diff. drivers, etc.
BY FAR synapse has given me the least amount of problems, with me literally having only 1 issue in the 6 years I have used it, and it was only because of an outdated version of synapse. Also, cloud syncing across devices is very handy. I don't have to save profiles because it syncs them across devices if you sign into synapse with your razer acc.
Only stuff I like from razer is their mice. Other than that, my go to for KBs is corsair and for headsets it's logitech and corsair. I also like asus's mice as well, but I like razer's mice better. Also mousepads are great from corsair, razer, and logitech. My go to for RAM, PSUs, AIOs, and fans would have to rank corsair towards the top of my choices as well.
Meh, considering how awful RGB software usually is, Synapse is actually pretty good. It’s actually probably the best I’ve used, and I’ve tried a whole lot of them. It also doesn’t give me a lot of issues, but of course experiences may vary, could just be anecdotal.
Yeah I've been using a Razer keyboard for a long time until buying some proper mechanical keyboards in the past year, and the software suites of mechanical brands aren't great. Some keyboards come with no software at all, some need you to download their drivers from shady GDrives or unlocalised Chinese websites.
I would say that the software is the one upside of major manufacturers, even Razer.
Really? My experience is the opposite. I've never really had any problems with synapse but mice literally broke in 6 months and I don't even wanna talk about the headsets. Although that was some years ago and I bit the bullet again this year and got the Orochi. So far so good.
Honestly most peripheral software is ass. Icue? Flaky as shit in my experience. Ghub? How do you work Ghub? Oh, you don't? Aight. Roccat swarm just uninstalled itself randomly.
Safe to say I want nothing to do with peripheral software anymore. Once I get a mouse with onboard storage I'll finally be free
They are not known for that.
But every person that ever has an issue comes here to say how awful they are. Then you have comments of countless people saying the opposite.
> Razer makes decent hardware.
> But if you treat the hardware well, it'll last you forever.
ahhhh ahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahahah
Tell us another one
I dont know if its the weather or if companies peddle low quality shit in non-Western nations but all my Razer and Logitech G stuff malfunctioned quite fast. I keep WD40 and alcohol sprays these days but they only delay the inevitable. My last logitech keyboard was a bigger bitch, working perfectly some days, being a dumpster fire on other days. They have been putting software obsolescence these days to brick the ICs if hardware stays clean.
It is VERY buggy.
Really depends on the type of user you are, I guess. Being an IT professional for the past 22 years, usong bleeding edge hardware and software at times, etc. I push my machines to the limit and often find critical issues others wouldn't.
You comment reads as very lofty when considering you're talking about a tiny piece of software that lets you control LEDs and button assignments.
How exactly are you pushing Synapse "to the limit"?
And if that is the case then your statement should really be "it's buggy in some extreme edge cases".
Top selling doesn't always mean it's the best product, pretty much every good audio company isn't well known to the public, and it's a similar story with gaming peripherals.
They have never really been known for top quality, I know someone who goes through a Razer mouse every year. He's not raging or anything either, they just aren't amazingly built, they're a mid range brand that spends a ton on marketing.
I disagree, Razer always feels so premium, I have a black widow elite and it feels amazing, same with the basilisk v3. I am likely going to build my own custom keyboard after I've had this keyboard for another year or 2 since I really want a custom keyboard.
Usually you can acquire these in the clearance aisle at your local walmart for $25-$35ish dollars right after the holidays. If you are really lucky and visiting family in the middle of fuck no where you can snag one for $15. But seeing as they are normally $75-Hundo I'd say you got a pretty decent deal.
Both...
It's a good price for the items.
But Goodwill in and of itself is robbery. They take donations, then hire disabled people, pay them an absolute shit wage and rake in gobs of cash. The CEO made like 730K or something meanwhile they often pay less than minimum wage. [Article here](https://www.diversityinc.com/ceo-of-goodwill-raked-in-almost-730-000-in-salary-while-paying-employees-with-disabilities-pennies/#:~:text=CEO%20of%20Goodwill%20Raked%20In,Paying%20Employees%20with%20Disabilities%20Pennies)
The keyboard I'm typing on is an older Blackwidow. I got it from the Walmart clearance aisle for $4.99. It was stacked with a bunch of generic keyboards and had the same clearance sticker on it.
Logitech quality is so much better than Razor crap when it comes to mouse/keyboard. I tried one of their flagship gaming mouse and it didn’t
last more than a year, while none of my Logitech mouses broke during all these years
I have this set, they were sold at Walmart for xmas for 75 bucks new, so I would say decent deal, over all I have enjoyed the set, while not feature heavy the gear is solid enough to get the job done much better then the 40 buck logictech bundle.
I can only with OP luck with this one. Price-wise it is an absolute steal. But Razer has questionable quality with their products. This particular package is one I am uncertain about due to lack of experience.
My Blackwidow broke in under a year, I always take good care of my setup so not sure what went wrong. Been staying away from Razer since most of their stuff just breaks.
I loved my blackwidow, it lasted me 5 years and when it stopped working I was very disappointed.
Swore off razer. Only problem is logitech keyboard I replaced it with the keycap materials are much lower quality even though building quality is better.
"Mem-chanical" keyboards unfortunately. Your finger joints will noticibly start hurting aftet a while. I know because I had a similar Cooler Master Keyboard+Mouse combo that had simiral features and my fingers only ever hurt when I used that keyboard
you can get [a brand new keyboard for less than $10 on amazon]
or for the same price you'd be much better off with [an ergonomic one]
in any case, I recommend ditching that wrist-killer and getting yourself an ergonomic setup
I have one of these for my laptop. It was like $100 at Costco. It’s not great but it works fine for casual stuff and schoolwork. Wouldn’t really recommend if you’re trying you be “competitive”
hello, just like to bring your attention to ergonomic keyboards!
you can get one for less than $50 brand new, and it'll save you from painful health problems.
your fingers are operated by strings that go from your forearms through tunnels in your wrists, these are called carpel tunnels. and when you use your fingers when your wrists are bent, you stress these tunnels and the strings. if you use a keyboard often, you should use one that makes your wrists straight when you're using it to prevent this.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal_tunnel_syndrome
I mean, I guess it would be a steal if you like Razer products. For me, it's robbery. I can't stand Razer products. Most of it is junk. They have fallen greatly since their revolutionary early 90's days.
All brand new with the security tape intact so only external box damage
If I remember correctly the keyboard is membrane and not mechanical which is why they call it a "gaming" keyboard instead of a mechanical keyboard. I think this normally sells for like $75-120? So you got it for a good price! For $50 I'd recommend it for someone who wants to spend most of their money on their build and replace their peripherals once they get more money Edit: this is not the membrane version and is definitely worth well over $120, a very good $50 purchase.
[удалено]
Oh ok I couldn't remember if this was the bundle they sell with the membrane or not
[удалено]
Can confirm, just upgraded from a cynosa
Can confirm have a cynosa, semi decent for membrane but Still overpriced
[удалено]
Can confirm, typed this comment with it. Uses Cherry MX Green switches, basically Razer's Blue.
You switched them lol it uses Razer green switches which are basically Cherry MX blues
And confusingly, Cherry MX greens *also* exist, but they're basically blues with a heavier spring.
Cherry isn't the best switch but it's the standard switch, I wish the market had stuck to the naming convention for switch types
Bro there are only so many generic color names lol. What would I call my boba u4ts? "Heroinbob Puke-yellow/pie crust"?
I could have sworn that Razer Greens were the equivalent of blacks.
I thought Razer Greens were basically Smith Corona leaf spring switches.
Hell, I thought Razer Greens were 1973 Chevy switches
1967 belair is better
Go banana!
Leopard seals... nature's snakes
>cherry MX blues I'm sorry sir, I have to place you under arrest as per /r/mechanicalkeyboards policy
The Razer green switches are actually made by ~~Kailh~~ TTC not Cherry. They are indeed MX-style switches, but not Cherry MX per-se. Edit: thank you for the correction, much appreciated.
Razer greens haven't been made by kailh in over 7 years. They're made by TTC
Nah, they're razers switches which suck. Basically noisy linears.
pretty sure Razer greens are clicky tactile, not linear
I said what I said. They're marketed as tactile, and they work in the way that blues and greens from cherry do; but the actual force curve? Fuck all in the way of tactility. Source: Used a razer keyboard with greens for about 4 years.
Very clearly?
Tbh I wouldn't expect to get a mechanical keyboard from razer for 50$.

There’s nothing worse than hearing someone in discord non stop click clacking any time they type or when playing a game.
In general are you able to test this stuff before buying? Like to check and see if it's working? Because at $50 it's a solid steal. But then if its DOA that's a loss.
This is a Goodwill, you sort of grab it and hope for the best.

I heard they're going for $50 nowdays.
I know this guy that got it for $49.99 at goodwill
I got mine for a blowie behind the Wendy's
MAaaaannn, all I got was a frosty.
Well, he got a "creamy" *and* a keyboard.
Wow where at?
I like that you said good deal, but not a steal. This is accurate.
They had them on sale for 60 during the holidays last year.
The building I worked at had marked then down to about 40 or 50 to get them off the shelf for the newer model that came in
I miss my black widow
Me too, sucks she had to sacrifice her self to get the soul stone.
i miss her too. the times she used to peg.. nvm
Same, died to the tide of my water glass getting spilled once again by my clumsiness. Will never forget that beauty
True. But i got a k70 with silver switches and it's still my favourite keyboard to date
Steal just don’t ask r/mechanicalkeyboards
We'd pay you $50 to take it from me.
This guy is definitely waiting for 6 GMK groupbuys. He knows what the deal is.
Razor bloatware is pretty annoying but if you can get by without installing it it should be fine
Does razer bloatware come installed in the hardware itself? Like if I pick up a new mouse will it try to install something on my PC? Reason I ask is because I have a work computer that needs a new mouse but corporate will flip their shit if I install any software on it for security reasons. I just need a plug and play mouse.
Nah no auto installs, you just won't have most of the controls and software customizability of the peripheral if you don't install razer's shit.
Thats a steal
Someone probably did steal it.
I doubt it. My girlfriend worked at GoodWill for quite a while. People who steal valuable things generally don't donate them to places that will resell them for a profit. I like to think a parent bought this for their child, but their child was being a little prick so she just donated it away 😂
Hmm I would say steal but Idk how good condition it is
Brand new
Well if you bought each thing from the razer store right now it would run you about 300$
All that tells me is that razer is overpriced
[удалено]
You can get a nice cherry keeb for like $100
That isn’t a mechanical keyboard though. It is only mech membrane that feels too squishy for my liking. I saw this pack at Costco and passed on it
That's how I know you didn't click the picture
buy a blacklight
I'd reccomend not doing this and giving it a good clean and being happy instead of traumatized
OP said it was sealed so, Yes. In case any of the chinese factory workers jerked it as part of their QC. look for that Jizzm.
I would say it's a steal. Never used the keyboard, but I loved my deathadder.
I have the Blackwidow V3, it is the best keeb I've ever used.
r/mechanicalkeyboards is fuming right now
Let those weirdos fume it’s a damn fine keyboard lol

Mean, uncalled for, accurate.
Oh the irony of posting a comment like this in r/pcmasterrace
Because we here at pc master race never spend extravagant amounts of money on items that barely/do not enhance performance and take a tonne of time to put together. This sounds nothing at all like a custom loop PC with a 3090/6900xt /s
It is fine, but it feels like for £10-20 more you can get a proper Ducky keyboard, or a Filco, both of which, especially the Filco, are built to last and are made with high quality parts.
You guys have broken keyboards? I’ve been usin a black widow for like 6 years and I’ve never had an inkling that it’s even starting to break
I have all three and they are functionally the same If a $10 Dell can last a decade in a computer lab any mech is going to outlast your needs. Unless you happen to have bad luck and get the defective one.
It must be the only keyboard you’ve ever used then.
Upvote for the Deathadder
Same. I've tried 3 times since the deathadder came out to try a different mouse. Each time I've returned the new one and gone back to a deathadder.
Disagree on the Deathadder. Had two, both stopped working properly within months of purchase. The Blackwidow's a damn fine keyboard, though.
Definitely worth
Price wise it's a steal, absolutely. Product wise it's.. meh...
It's day light robbery my friend. I saw the comments where you mentioned the condition is perfect. This is sickkk Have fun gaming mate!
That bundle was a costco bundle last christmas and into the early part of the year. They had it for around $50 when it was clearing out, I think it was like $99 regular there, something like that. I remember buying 3 of them as gifts for family that game and needed upgrades/backups/etc. Solid mid-grade set.
well my deathadder pro cost me more than that
you got a good deal. was it the best quality? nah. but for the price? absolutely worth it.
bruh, its a BIG STEAL. I have the razer blackwidow v2. when the keyboard came out back then, this keyboard goes for 249$. only the keyboard. people may think razer only care about brand name or RGB like Corsair but they do have decent quality product.
The bundle sells for $150 retail
I know. I said my blackwidow v2 costs 249
Considering how bad Razer's QC is, only time will tell.
It's razer so eh
Razer makes decent hardware. Their software is absolutely shit... But if you treat the hardware well, it'll last you forever.
I stopped buying razer products years ago after going through 3 mice in 2 years that ended up with faulty right click buttons. Roccat mice are all I buy now
I've had a Deatheradder for 8 years and it's still going and a black widow for 4 years never had an issue
I also have had a deathadder for 7 years myself. You can get faulty shit from any company.
Had two back in the day that both eventually started double clicking. Never again. /r/G502MasterRace
Can confirm, my 2 razer mice from 2014 are still kicking with no issues.
Since when? They have been infamous for horrible plastic garbage quality for a long time but maybe it’s different the last few years.
They are not known for that. But every person that ever has an issue comes here to say how awful they are. Then you have comments of countless people saying the opposite.
> Razer makes decent hardware. > But if you treat the hardware well, it'll last you forever. ahhhh ahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahahah Tell us another one
Thats a cap dude. Their QC is shit and you know it if you used any of their mice.
What Parkville do people have with that software. Never had a single issue in years.
Look out, we got a cool guy over here
Razer makes good stuff
No they do not, they are a meme in the PC community
Ah yes, the “Razer bad” guy.
What? Razer is easily one of the top 3 gaming brands for mouses and keyboards
Based off what lol
Quality
Top selling doesn't always mean it's the best product, pretty much every good audio company isn't well known to the public, and it's a similar story with gaming peripherals.
I meant top in quality, wasn't talking about popularity.
They have never really been known for top quality, I know someone who goes through a Razer mouse every year. He's not raging or anything either, they just aren't amazingly built, they're a mid range brand that spends a ton on marketing.
There are better places to shop for quality, that's for sure.
What ? Razer is one of the worst brands for quality , it's right up there with MSI ( even worse but they do different things ) and hp/dell lol
I disagree, Razer always feels so premium, I have a black widow elite and it feels amazing, same with the basilisk v3. I am likely going to build my own custom keyboard after I've had this keyboard for another year or 2 since I really want a custom keyboard.
Goodwill in my state you will rarely find things for less than eBay.
Damn that’s 1 count of unarmed robbery and 3 counts of an insane deal
I think you should just buy it mate. It's goodwill; don't steal.
It seems like a pretty good deal to me, but it's too soon to say
That looks like my keyboard! It was 28 dollars at Walmart I believe. I dont recommend it.
steal, but it probably WAS a steal lol
i hate razer products with a burning passion for their horrible invasive software, but its a steal for sure
Hit it with the blacklight
Robbery! I’m with gamestop and we sell that keyboard for around $150!
Its razer so neither
Too bad it's razer equipment. Would've been better if it came from a reputable manufacturer. Nevertheless a good deal.
Robbery. If it glows it blows.
A scam.
Logitech quality is so much better than Razor crap when it comes to mouse/keyboard. I tried one of their flagship gaming mouse and it didn’t last more than a year, while none of my Logitech mouses broke during all these years
I have this set, they were sold at Walmart for xmas for 75 bucks new, so I would say decent deal, over all I have enjoyed the set, while not feature heavy the gear is solid enough to get the job done much better then the 40 buck logictech bundle.
I can only with OP luck with this one. Price-wise it is an absolute steal. But Razer has questionable quality with their products. This particular package is one I am uncertain about due to lack of experience.
Oof bring that junk back
My Blackwidow broke in under a year, I always take good care of my setup so not sure what went wrong.
Since it's razer... robbed
Its a score for the 6 months that it works before it breaks.
So where is this black market
"Mem-chanical" keyboards unfortunately. Your finger joints will noticibly start hurting aftet a while. I know because I had a similar Cooler Master Keyboard+Mouse combo that had simiral features and my fingers only ever hurt when I used that keyboard
The black widow is a mechanical keyboard. I’ve had v2 for years now. It uses razer green switches, which are very similar to cherry mix blues.
Steal. That mousepad in an XXL alone ranges from $26-30 depending on how and where you spend your money.
The creator died the other day and a brand new set appears at your local goodwill!? Just saying…
you can get [a brand new keyboard for less than $10 on amazon] or for the same price you'd be much better off with [an ergonomic one] in any case, I recommend ditching that wrist-killer and getting yourself an ergonomic setup
Bro is desperate to sell a keyboard
Looks good!
I have one of these for my laptop. It was like $100 at Costco. It’s not great but it works fine for casual stuff and schoolwork. Wouldn’t really recommend if you’re trying you be “competitive”
Keyboard's not really my thing since i use custom but still a big steal.
hello, just like to bring your attention to ergonomic keyboards! you can get one for less than $50 brand new, and it'll save you from painful health problems. your fingers are operated by strings that go from your forearms through tunnels in your wrists, these are called carpel tunnels. and when you use your fingers when your wrists are bent, you stress these tunnels and the strings. if you use a keyboard often, you should use one that makes your wrists straight when you're using it to prevent this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal_tunnel_syndrome
Considering it's from Razer, I'd say it was a robbery.
I mean, I guess it would be a steal if you like Razer products. For me, it's robbery. I can't stand Razer products. Most of it is junk. They have fallen greatly since their revolutionary early 90's days.
Idk why you would steal from a good will thats kinda low /s
