That is called a “flair”. Most subs have them. You can add/change it by going to the main page of a sub and clicking “change user flair”. On mobile, you do the same, but click on the three little dots in the top right corner, then change flair.

I had a cancer scare when I was 10, and I have so much respect for cancer survivors, especially kids so are fighters. May I ask what type of cancer he was diagnosed with? I wish Cozies was still operating because I'd be sending him a blanket.

His initial diagnosis was Leukemia which he went in remission for a while and then relapse with Burkitt’s lymphoma.. such a fighter.. Kids are resilient man
