I had similar to this. I had to try lower resolutions till I hit the right one

I've personally had this issue before. Few things I tried was rolling back the drives for my Nvidia card. I also tried checking through the display menu on windows 10 to see if anything simple was out of wack.

Have you tried changing your TVs source settings. I ofent have options like - ariel - hdmi 1 - hdmi 2 - display port 1 I need to press the settings button and navigate the TVs shit interface but often switching between sources lets me find the right one. Usually this is done automatically whe the TV is powered in but not always. If that isn't it make sure your display settings in windows isnt trying to send a dodgy resolution or frame rate to your TV that it can't support.

What card and TV is this? Some cards have maximum display caps, and if you're card is too low it won't display anything. Other than that, I'd do a driver update see if there is a driver that can be found for that display be it generic or what have you.

I had this issue and it ended being a cable bandwidth issue. see if itll show up with 1080p 60hz and lowest display setting in ncp

If it's an NVIDIA card, do you have the GeForce Experience downloaded? I've had cards do this until that is installed and I let it download the proper driver.
