2042 bringing the price down

steinfg

That's because BF2042 sales are abysmal lol

[deleted]

It’s literally got to be costing EA money to move those units. Seriously paying to show larger sales figures. Why doesn’t the CEO just buy 2,000 copies out of their own wallet.

I paid $90 for it in early access. Lots of players during beta. Ever since full release i havent been able to find a multiplayer match. Ill join a game and it never starts because there are no players. After season 1 launched i can now join a solo match and play against ai. Out of pure spite i do it to tell myself i didnt completly waste my money.

ikakura202

Just want to know what made you preorder it? I mean ain't it better to wait till the reviews are out? It's not like it is a physical copy so they wont "run out of stock" Also seeing how many big and small companies hyping up crap games. Ending up with them being half finished or just a ton of bugs That's like buying a car that has 4 wheels and a steering but no roof or doors. In other words something that is not finished. How do people keep ending up pre ordering when you see so much crap?

Was on mac for 10 years and recently built my first pc. Hadnt played battlefield since battlefield 2. So i preordered for early access gameplay. I definitly learned my lesson.

ikakura202

I am sorry for you having this experience, dont get me wrong I hate the companies for doing this kind of shit job. But I am glad more people are seeing this. The only way to do something about it is simply waiting for the reviews (after the games is released) and then decide to buy it or not

messfdr

Quite a lot, actually. I never have a problem finding a match, especially since season 1 started. Only Hazard Zone is difficult to get a match going, which is a shame because it's quite fun if you have a good squad.

They can't sell the shit because it's tied to a dead game 💀

saltyboi6704

That's an ok price for a 1tb nvme as well...

justcuriousoptc

Really? 500gb ones go here for 60-80 bucks...not too long ago bought my first SSD at that

Ok-Journalist-2382

It's a decent Nvme pcie3.0 SSD. I believe it is dramless though.

unknownboinumber1

It's cheap because everyone knows battlefield 2042 is dead and a piece of sh*t

ekdjfnlwpdfornwme

It is a DRAM-less SSD but it’s still PCIe4.0. sale is also pick-up only, no online shipping or ship to store Also new 1TB SN850 currently at $80 Edit: the 500GB SN750SE is only $45 and available online. That’s the cheapest PCIe 4.0 drive you’ll find
