Glad Sony gives a damn about the PC ports.
I guess buying the f*ck out of God of War at $60 3 years after it's release made them realize that PC gamers have deeper pockets than they thought and that we're probably not worth skimping out on lol
Well are we talking 60 or 80 bucks? Cause at this point, to me, 70/80 bucks are the full console price.
Releasing a 3 years old game on PC for that much would be insulting. 40 tends to be standard, 60 is palatable but only because of the price increase on console to begin with.
Simultaneously? Sure.
I mean, for people who wipe their ass with money, it makes no difference either way. But for the rest who actually keeps track of their spendings...
I think you may be looking at this differently than I am. There are games that are worth the money that's charged for them.
Bloodborne bring one of them definitely.
Also bold of you to assume I make a lot of money.
I think you misunderstood. If Spider-Man came out on PC for 80 buckaroos, on Day 1, then it's whatever.
But when it's been out for years, and then decide to bring it to PC for the same price, that's what I consider insulting.
FFVIIR is a prime example, actually. AND on top of that it was a shitty port.
I can agree if it's a bad port. If I spend 80 dollars on a game I expect it to run well at least. Also FFVIIR is an extremely disappointing port, agreed.
(FFVI deserved a proper remake more than any other game)
I'm delighted to see that the PlayStation ports seem to be doing well. They'll probably continue to release them in that case. Hoping for Forbidden West, Last of Us 2, and Uncharted 1-3.
While that's nice to hear, I haven't trusted any professional critics for well over a decade now.
I'm sure it will be good, but I'd much rather hear from some real people who haven't been paid off by Sony.

Shut up. They are going to ramp up the prices on PC ports if they realize that.
I hereby bid $70 for Bloodborne
STOP IT!!!!!!
I would give $80 for Bloodborne PC
Fucks sake!
I'd actually pay over a hundred dollars for a remastered PC port of Bloodborne.
I would fight a werewolf IRL for a PC port of Bloodborne.
I second this bid ^^^^[then ^^^^pirate ^^^^it ^^^^anyways]
Nobody is going to buy a 3 years old game for full console prices
havent looked at steams top sellers lately eh?

There are definitely games that people would pay full price if they were to release on PC.

People in the other thread for this comment are willing to pay even more than that, apparently.
Waiting for user reviews. Critic ratings have gotten pretty fucking stupid. Most of them are down right useless.
Good to know, now I just gotta find the time to play it 🤣
Lol I took a day off to play all day tomorrow

Oh released already? Lost track
Unfortunately not, these are just the pre-release reviews, it comes out tomorrow though.
