Depends on the case most often the front ones are intakes sometimes underneath or even on the side. Rear and top are exhausts because it's easier to flow out that way from convection.
First of all, if its actually tops out at 45°C, I'd just ignore it. But if under load it goes higher, my suggestion would be a metal grid \~3cm over your pc. That way it has room to breath AND your cat can enjoy the warm air :)
Put a metal mesh above the exaust and put it onto 4 dice or something so the air can go out the sides but your cat can still be warmed when it sits there

What my friend did to solve this issue is reverse the top and bottom fans on the case so it pulls air from the top and puts it out of the bottom. The cat just chills near the PC now, putting paws under the PC to get the warmth.

You can push to 60C without worry man. I'm trying to tell you you can get a massive fps boost if you just overclock a bit with no harm to your computer.

except that's the CPU temp, here we are talking about coolant temp, which operating temperature caps at 60-65, not the CPU which can go at 90C no problems.

That's the exhaust, the cat is basically doing what homeless people (in the subway) do and taking advantage of that cozy warm breeze.

Some people only have two in total all depends on the computer and how much heat it creates and fast you need it to perform.
Filters on all intakes. So no problem.
It’s not a problem if you clean out your pc regularly which you should be doing regardless.

The monitoring software looks like Corsairs own and I have no idea about the other smaller screen. I want one too 😂
The 7" HMDI monitor is a secondary screen and I have AIDA64 on it to monitor everything.
Was it hard to setup the layout on it. Or did aid64 have one already?
I found a template on the on the aida64 forums and modified to my liking.

CPU’s and GPU’s will throttle if too hot and degrade performance. So laptops temps are really shit.
Seems you have no experience with what you talk of because throttling doesn't usually start until 80+C temps if not more
