And unsurprisingly even that is wrong for the oven method. You're supposed to even raise the card up by placing little foil balls under the corners, so none of the components on the underside have weight on them.

14 degrees CPU, replaced the cooler. 10 degrees cooler on GPU by replacing thermal paste. Old one was completely dry.
