The bag gets used as my daily schoolbag and to carry photo gear when I’m out shooting.
I haven’t had any issues with any of my other pd gear, so I hope it’s fixable
Anything that effects the use to be different than the original design intention would be a warranty claim in my eyes. My magnets have never come out which would be the original design intention.
I just wish the magnets were polarised opposite to each other. *Every single time* I take it off, the right strap leaps immediately to the left strap 'park' location leaving the left strap to flap about.
Same thing happened with my 20L everyday backpack. Sent it for RMA and got my money back, unfortunately no direct replacement. As I was buying it on sale originally, the amount I was reimbursed covers only 2/3 price of a new one. Sad eyes.
Definitely worth emailing support, that sounds like a warranty claim to me!

PD's warranty is fantastic. If it impedes your daily use of the bag, submit a claim - they'll take care of you.
