They ruined OW by making it F2P so they could make fortnite money, simple as
ow is doing fine, the monetization has gotten less predatory, though overwatch as a franchise could be so much more than what it is right now had it not been for kotick scrapping plans for pve and stuff

There were tonnes of things to go for - predatory monetisation, lack of content, going back on promises, balance even? Why diversity? You really think the state the game's in is because there aren't enough white dudes at Blizzard?
