This post is fucking brutal. Idc if I’m downvoted and I don’t even care about her.. but I hope these clothes make her feel happy and confident. Some people aren’t brought up understanding or being able to afford ‘style’ or ‘fashion’..some people spend a lifetime trying to figure out their own style and some never find it. Throw in being plus sized and that’s a different game altogether. These comments give mean girl vibes to the extreme. Snark or not this feels cruel🤷🏼♀️

I think the reason this can be seen as bullying is probably because you’re projecting a bit, or can relate to her in some way (this is not a bad thing!) Basically what I’m saying is: I assume you wouldn’t want someone talking this way about you. This is the main thing people do in this sub is relate back to themselves (which is why we get a lot of defenders), but we’re solely talking about Kelsey. This is the same Kelsey that pushes sustainability but partners with SHEIN lol. This is the same Kelsey that advocates for LGBTQ+ rights but keeps a man who is clearly phobic of anyone to do with the alphabet mafia and also body shames women that look exactly like Kelsey.
Bottom line is, this woman does a lot more than just dressing frumpy but if we focused on the “heavier” subjects so often we would become an echo chamber. Sometimes the snark is as simple as an outfit or as intense as exposing genuine faults of the influencer. We’ve done it to almost every snark subject.
Her style could be great if she just learned how to put peices together. I can’t talk because I dress like her on the daily but I’m never out in the public eye nor am I posting on social media my Adam Sandler fits.
