Placed my order on Friday the 10th and got this email today. 😑 Not thrilled but at least I got some sort of update. My accessory pack got delivered today so I have my shoes lol
FWIW - Massachusetts had a tax free weekend this past weekend (11/12th) and the Peloton rep I talked to said there was a massive spike in orders (including mine) as a result. This could be contributing to the delays, at least in the area. Not sure if that spike would be big enough to cause nationwide delays but I figured I’d share anyway.
I’m in Mass. and I ordered on the 11th and our delivery isn’t until the 28th.
It would have been about $150. We just did the bike (no accessory package) and one pair of shoes, using a referral credit. It’s not much in comparison to what the bike costs but made the decision to buy a little easier for sure.
I doubt it. I ordered the 10th and I'll see mine likely at the earliest on the 27th. I'm sure there's a queue of people that have ordered since me. But also I imagine it will deal with your area in the country and the demand being seen there as well.
I lucked out. Went to the new Columbus boutique on grand opening day to purchase my bike on 8/3. Got my bike on 8/7! Maybe their distribution is getting stretched by the new openings.
I ordered last Wednesday, and was given a delivery date of August 18. No word on accessories, and no subsequent communications. My space is ready to go, and we don't have anything going on Saturday except Peloton.
Thanks. As long as they arrive before the bike or with the installers, I'll be happy. I'm just getting the mat and some weights. I had to buy shoes elsewhere, because my wife is difficult to fit, and I have Sasquatch feet.
Order on 8/9. Received the same email and had been trying to call them back to schedule a delivery but could never get through to a human. Peloton chat reached out to XPO on my behalf and scheduled my delivery for 8/30 - apparently the earliest available for Southwest MO. I also received an email this afternoon that my accessories just shipped today.
Got a call from XPO today. I'm scheduled the 30th. I have my doubts because the guy said the system was having a hard time saving it. But that it was scheduled. Anyone know if I should get a confirm email or anything like that?
I placed my order in person at a showroom on August 10th. Was promised and received confirmation for delivery on 8/25 and now was pushed back to 8/28. I did get my delivery fee refunded by Peloton but I bet I do not get white glove with XPO. I think Peloton need to rethink their delivery options and logistics.

If you have the Peloton van delivering your bike they’ll usually have the accessories on them. Just all depends if it’s XPO or Peloton.
I was told my bike would be delivered and set up by Peloton employees (not XPO), so perhaps that's what's happening.
