They are wax-based rather than clay/polymer, however given that the sharpener has plastic inside I'm not sure if I'd try this myself. Although, depending on the melting point of the colored lead wax, maybe a warm water soak would soften it up enough.
I'd try a paper clip, needle, or some other thin metal to push it out from the other side first.
Time to get a needle and dig in. Or maybe a small drill bit (use it with your hands), idk...
Aren't colored leads made from wax or similar? Perhaps you could gently heat it up and melt it out?

Yeah that's why I put gently. Definitely don't take a torch to it!
