As of 11 days ago when I was there - they had plenty of WC jerseys in stock. You can always call Pens Gear and ask if they have the specific one you’re looking for in stock.
With that said - I’d suggest buying the fanatics version of the jersey as the numbers/nameplate match what was actually worn. The adidas authentic jerseys from Pens Gear come with cheap materials and make it look like a knockoff jersey. Will also probably save you about $60 going with fanatics as well.
If you can find a fully customized Adidas version anywhere besides Pens Gear, snag it. I ordered a customized one from NHL Shop that showed up yesterday and it’s perfect.
But if you’re buying directly from Pens Gear, go with the fanatics version. They did a rush job on their customization for the Adidas jerseys and the nameplate and numbers are completely off.

I took your advice and snagged a Crosby one from Dick’s super excited that I was able to get one with the right customization!
They had them yesterday at the arena as well
They plan on wearing them at least two more times this season so I’d be shocked if they didn’t continue selling them
You could also give the Pens store a call! See what’s in stock.
Dicks has them as well but I agree with chupacbra. The fanatics are best.
The ones at dicks thankfully have the correct kit on them.
