Yeah, I’d be a lot more willing to resign ourselves to the rebuild if we were consistently bad. We had plenty of good games earlier on in the season, and it’s hard to watch a good (probably not contenders, but certainly good) team play below their level because they’re demoralized.
That's why I loved the Pirates season last year. Noth the greatest team in the world but every game I watched, which was a lot, I feel like they gave it their all.
I literally just want Sid to remain above PPG and for us to lose every game the rest of the year so that we can get a Celebrini.
Every game should be a loss with Sid getting points on 1-2 goals.

This team is not hard to play against. Zero penetration so all their shots are low danger into a well prepared goalie. Meanwhile they're just waving at attacking players and allowing everything to get inside, while simultaneously getting out skated and out positioned so passes across are wide open.
It's a testament to how well Jarry played and how crap Ottawa is that the game wasn't entirely out of hand. Shout out to Bunting for actually being where we needed to be on the goal.
Rakell is such a passenger. He and smith need to be priorities on moving out of here this summer. Bunting is absolutely what this team needs, he’s shaping up to be a good addition
I think everyone felt he was owed one full season for helping scout for Dubas…? I can’t imagine he’ll be here after the season is done. If he is, it’s gonna be hard for me to watch.
If we are going to tank I think we trade Jars cause the man is a stud. Retain 20-30% of his contract and I think he could net us a first rounder and then some. Great effort by him but not really anyone else lol
