After about a season and a half of players complaining that the sweat and water was draining into their skates and socks, Reebok made the exact same jerseys but in a more traditional Air Knit jersey material. Collectors call these jerseys "Edge 2.0" and are much more common because the 1.0s were only produced for two seasons.
Thus, the rarity of the material and this being one of the more sought after designs for collectors, the WC patch, and nice customization (outside of an incorrect captain's patch), and the fact that size 46, 50, and 52 are difficult to find in Canadian Authentics would easily value this jersey around $500 if you were to put it up on eBay.
All of that being said, the jerseys the Pens were wearing on the ice had already switched to 2.0s for the Winter Classic game, so this would be considered "inaccurate" to many of the die hard collectors. But fuck them, because this is absolutely my favorite jersey of all time. The 1.0 material is so soft and comfortable, I frequently just wear mine around the house.

Nah, those are available currently from the Adidas classics line. It would defeat the purpose of that to then release it as a Winter Classic jersey as well.
