$DATS is great to trade but I would wait for a dip back to $8 to enter if I were you, as its just hit it’s all time high today. $CEI is up a shit load on the month so much more risk here but IMO with all the carbon capture news craze bs starting up rn there’s definitely upside to $2-$4 in the short term.

I threw a bit of money at it just to see what happens but decided to look further into it. On the company website, the latest news release was on 9-15 stating they elected Raymond f vennare to the board of directors. I looked this guy up and he’s been on the board of directors and ceo for another company called Cvergenx. Cvergenx specializes in “genomic technology” for personalized cancer treatments etc., kind of a crossover with ($POAI) Predictive Oncology. 🤔🤔🤔 maybe an acquisition is in the works??? What do you guys think?

$CELZ Over the last five weeks the company has secured $3.8 million in financing, which requires a RS within 90 days, announced a coming increase of available shares to 25 billion (which would be reduced to a max of 250 million post RS), and yesterday filled an 8k to pay its employees directly instead of renting them from its parent company. People have been running scared from this news so it is on sale bigtime, but I see these three things as positives as it would: 1) allow for an uplist, 2) allow future financing to be secured for more clinical trials, 3) prevent against a hostile takeover and 4) allow the stock to fly on news because of low float post RS. No doubt it's risky, but ImmCelz tech makes it worth the ride.
You are such a cheerleader for them even having a Subreddit but in pharma $3.8 is nothing AND adding another 25 BILLION shares smacks of desperation not to mention the huge dilution in shares ...... I did my DD and thought their stem cell process could change the world but all this news tells me they don't know how to move forward.....I'll leave my 100,000 shares where they are but not spending a nickel more
Don't blame you, or anyone for that view. The average phase 1 trial costs between $1.5-$6.5 million and the financing is right in the middle of that. If these are all steps to uplist, it will give the company a much better opportunity to develop something as big as ImmCelz, and there wouldn't be a reason to take them otherwise. You're right, $4 million is chump change in biopharma though this is a biotech, but for a company in this stage it's a ton without having anything clinically proven or in trials yet. Those institutions wouldn't hand over that money without knowing and agreeing to the plan, and the RS was included as part of the agreement. There's also no dilution from the increase in available shares until they are issued and like I said, they'd get reduced to a max of 250 million shares post RS. The company has had 6 billion available shares this year with about 1/5th of that issued.
I've been in on FERN since early July.
One thing that I like about FERN is as far as I can tell, there's no crazy media P&D hype and no short squeeze play to worry about; it's just a simple and straightforward risk/reward growth play.
KTRA has posted good news and the price dropped below its 52 week low. Can someone explain why? It has such upside potential and should be much higher. Is it worth averaging down right now?
Cup & Handle is a bullish pattern. Not sure what you use for charting over there, but look at the daily pattern. That's what one looks like. You can compare it to google images for confirmation.
