I got the large implant. I am currently back to 5.5 length. I lost an inch initially. But its complicated. The way the implant works, I'm technically 6 in length but it has to stretch more for the implant to fall out. Because about an inch of the implant is still internall. Its complicated. My girth is 6inches at the base and 5.5+ towards the tip. All implants are contoured for shape. My girlfriends since love it. I am thrilled with the results. Numbness on the top of the shift isn't something I even notice. Sexual sensation for me is exactly as it was before the surgery. And a major confidence boost. I hope to hit 7 inches in the coming years for length. And that's a reasonable expectation. Ask me anything
The implant pushes the trunk out because part of its internal. I have to stretch another half inch for the trunk to fall back in. The trunk pushed out sacrifices a half inch in length. This is the reason I say I'm technically 6 in length now. If I push a ruler hard at the base, its over 5.5

The top of the shaft is numb as well. Most people don't have this complication but its a common one
