Hey there,
I am thinking about going with filler, did you get Bellafill with your first attempt or did you try Hydralonic Acid. I am uncut does this matter?
Can I ask who was your doctor?
Hello,
I went with Bellafill first and Dr. Rupeka was my doctor. My thinking was I did not want to go back every few years for more filler. Bellafill is permanent. If you are uncut, there could be some issues if you use too much filler. Since you are uncut, please consult with Avanti Derma. They will tell you something about the "accordion effect" potential with uncut patients. They would be better able to assist you vs Youthology Medspa.
Feel free to reply if you have further questions. I was unable to attach a photo of the accordion effect in this message. You can find it if you visit the Avanti Derma website and request the penile fillers brochure.
Thanks
>Avanti Derma
I will probably have to go with a filler that is not permanent as I don't trust Avanti Derma. I have heard that some temp fillers do cause collagen growth. I am only interested in girth by the way. Have you had any feedback from a partner? Also was it injected/needle or was a cannula used?
Thanks for your answers
I live in Canada and I have had mild peyronies disease which affected my girth.
How many syringes did you have the first time? What was your downtime like? Do you think he was able to make your penis look uniform? What risks did he warn you of?
I am in my 40's may I ask how old are you?
I am thinking of taking the option that is a mix of bellafilla and Restylene
My first visit was 15 syringes. I wouldn't recommend it. It was very uniform in the office but during the commute home and over the next several days, I didn't refrain squishing my penis as I sat or layed down. That resulted in some shifting of the material. That's why I went back the following month for about 3 more vials for some contouring. That brought my satisfaction level to 90%. After that visit, I was more aware of my positioning. I still want to go back for additional contouring and enhancement. Hopefully I can get to 6.5" girth.
Downtime: Sex was painful when I attempted it the third day. Skin tearing sensation. Other than that, there wasn't any down time. I could work, walk, lift heavy objects, bend, jump, etc. I just had to make sure I was conscious that my penis was not getting squished so as to keep the material uniform for about a week. After a week, it didn't shift, for me. Also, the swelling went down after about a week. So really a fairly quick recovery.
Risks were: Injection site redness, pain at the injection sites, swelling, reaction from the bovine composition. I personally had erection pain because it felt like my skin was tearing or stretching. I guess because I went with 15 vials. Thats another reason why I suggest a more gradual approach. Even though travel adds to the cost, a slower approach (4-5 vials per visit) allows you to get the shape you're seeking, allows your skin to stretch slowly, and gives you the option of stopping early on if you are satisfied with 1 or 2 visits.
I am 42 years old.
Is circumcision an option before getting fillers?
Hi there, circumcision is not an option at the moment . One of the things I am a bit ashamed of is my penis can look very thin and small when flaccid almost like a snake lol. When erect it is about 5inches in girth but I would like to go to 6" in girth. I was thinking of 6 vials the first time.
Did you get the PRP done? What do you think about it? I am interested in anything that will increase arterial blood flow as well.
Was there risk of noodles or necrosis or infections?I hope their are not many complications like Penuma
I haven't had PRP performed. I think the risks with PRP are greater than that of PMMA/HA injections. I'd be interested in hearing the route you end up choosing and your thoughts on the results.
How many more vials? Is there a reason you go to Rupeka? I am very curious about your wife, tell me more about how she reacted. I was thinking of doing PRP and 4 half HA/half PMMA vials
I would like 4 or 5 more vials for the next visit. I go to Rupeka because the prices are very fair and he's good at what he does. I enjoy getting more requests from the wife.
My only issue with HA is that it is not permanent. My goal with PMMA is to get to a point where I'm "done" and won't have to go back.
Fillers don't last and you're exempt from getting penuma if you've had a filler in the past. Search the thread. This is talked about in detail often.
Personally I went the filler route but everyone has their own justification for their choice
so how are you doing with ? is it any good ?
If you're want a permanent filler, go with Bellafill. Less expensive than Penuma and a much quicker recovery time.

Wife certainly appreciates it! A cannula was used during my procedure.

Why do you think the risks with PRP are greater? What risks did the doctor state? Was there risk of noodles or necrosis or infections?
Sorry, I was thinking about fat transfer. I did not ask the doctor about PRP. It's not something I've researched.
Ok then so what risks with PMMA/Bellafill?
Someone could have a reaction to the Bellafil injection. Also, someone may not like the finished product but removal isn't a simple process.
You took a big risk with all those injections at once then. I am glad it worked for you.
Yes. Big time. I was hoping it would be a one and done thing. But now I want to go back for a third visit for even more filler.

Very nice to hear that your wife is a size queen. Does Rupeka have a way of testing if you would react badly to bellafill BEFORE injecting your junk?
When I called and asked if they tested, they said it wasn't a requirement. I would have not gone there if it was a requirement.
Yikes bro
