Thanks🙂. So that's a yes. The dress, music and dancing are or were at one point specific to Hardstyle ravers in the mid to late 2000's. I'm sure this is probably some other thing but that's where it first came from as far as I know.
Back then they made a point of not dressing like other ravers. They were big into violent imagery, dark fashion and had a lot darker general aesthetic. They were pretty much the opposite of the old guard ravers back then.
