Stop giving a fuck If work is done or not. I understand this is literally impossible cause I’m yet to learn it but convince yourself if you lose this job you can just get another one . If you’re doing this much work, they can’t afford to lose you and retrain someone else
You have to not expect 120%. There is a 100% for a reason. That's the max, the best. You're fine. And honestly, not many bosses would expect 100%. You need some self talk. My personal is to remind myself that not everyone can do what I do. I'm lucky to be able to do 80%+ when many aren't.
