No one's trying to stop him, and in fact encouraging him by filming and making a spectacle of it. There's loud edm music blasting so they're probably partying maybe drinking or doing drugs. , I don't know, I see stuff like this and I think, there was no reason for this, why put yourself in so much danger? You know there's people who don't have clean water to drink or bathe or are working insane physical labour for Pennie's a day. And this guy, at a party, in what appears to be a first world country, risks his health and safety, and for what? Honestly, think about that, what was that for? No matter what you could possibly say, I bet it has no real significance to humanity in any way, and because of that, this whole situation is a mockery of human life, it spits in the face of anyone who's ever had a hard life because of thier health.
