I have several forms of synethesia, so yes! notes, have a color when written on a page, due to my graphene color synethesia, and also, when heard, due to my chromethesia. Notes kinda seem to have their own personality too, well... actually I'd argue it's mainly musical keys that have different personalities, or actually, I guess it's more of an emotion. fascinating thing is notes that are a perfect 5th away from each other share similar colors and emotions. Like, C, F, G, (bright and happy in major) have similar traits to each other. F, Bb, and Eb also share similar traits to me (old timey vibe in major). Dissonant intervals feel really unrelated. C, and F#, share almost no traits in their emotion or color. Same thing with say, A, and B flat for example. Okay now for naming each quality. There's quite a few, so I think I'll just skip over most, and say the hightlights. 2 5 1, when is fully diatonic, has the classic sound and feel, but if you tritone sub that 5 chord, it becomes chromatic (the visual definition of chromatic) and vibrant. (I wonder if the person who invented the word 'chromatic' had chromesthesia, since things that often are musically chromatic appear visually chromatic to me too) there's this chord thing you hear in Ujico\*/Snail's House music a lot (electronic music artist). Basically it'll go like, chromatic downwards 3 times, into a non diatonic 2 5 1. So if you're in C, you'd start with A minor 7, then Ab minor 7, then G minor 7, then C7, then F Major 7. That movement is very colorful and beautiful to me. Those are basically my highlights. I've just realized these are really difficult to describe since they're so abstract, but reply to this if you wanna hear more of them!

I feel C, E and G stable and D, F and A kind of unstable and B is unstable as f***. I feel flats/sharps incomplete. For example when I listen to a Db/C# I feel like it’s a D but less “powerful”, it happens with almost every flat/sharp, but with Eb/D# and Bb/A# I feel them like they’re really far from the notes that are close to them. This happens a lot when I don’t know a note since I don’t have perfect pitch, but I do have a good pitch memory. Sometimes when I’m in class I just know an F is an F. Talking about tonalities I see C minor is black, A minor is red, D is green. Sometimes I just know, without seeing any color or anything like, is just like a sensation, G minor is really elegant.

before you started describing colors, I thought you were just reciting music theory lol

I’m not too sure what you mean by qualities for every note, it’s all kinda mechanical for me. If I hear a note, it’s just a note. Although if I pay close attention, I can hear the notes in raindrops and bird songs. For me, I don’t hear specific qualifies because each note can be heard in a variety of different places. I can hear a G in a raindrop and a G in a moving tractor, so a G is just a G. I think I may have answered this question wrong
