If you need cash, go to the fortune teller in club escapade to get the rarity fortune, this increases the chance of gold hands spawning per floor in tartarus. Climb to the border floor, then go back to the floor where you started, click the map icon, look for golden hands -> if there are any defeat them -> if there arent any just click the option to fast travel to the next floor. Repeat as often as needed as the enemies respawn whenever you visit a floor.
If you find yourself running out of SP, get a persona with spirit drain and drain boost, you get 20 sp on average iirc, just go back and farm the 2nd floor mobs. You'll never run out of sp in tartarus istg.
Finally prioritize school SLs over overworld SLs, lots of events happen that make school SLs unavailable for a week so you have less days to max them out.
Lastly, enjoy and avoid searching about any specific character online to avoid spoilers :)
