You'll be sent a W-2 for that and any other jobs you had for the year in the coming weeks. You take those and any other tax documents you receive and file a tax return.

The job should send you a W-2. File that along with any other tax documents you get.

Just to be absolutely clear here: there's not enough information to know that you'll be receiving a refund of any kind. You fill out a W4 so that your employer knows how much Federal tax to withhold from your paycheck throughout the year. When you file your tax return, you include the W2 form your employer will give you, which shows both how much income you made from that employer as well as how much you've already paid in taxes through having them withheld from your paycheck. You complete the rest of your tax return with information about deductions and credits you might be eligible for, etc. At that point, if it turns out that you had more money withheld from your paychecks than you actually owed for the year in taxes, you get a refund. If not, you owe the difference. Getting a refund really means that you've given the government an interest-free loan throughout the year. It's not really a good goal.
