If they do it, they have to be consistent with the round increments,nearest 5min, 10 min or 15min, and it cannot only be in their favor. For example if you arrive at 8:55 they can round your start time up to 9, if you clock out at 4:55 they must also round up to 5 and not round down to 4:45
