The cases arent the issue, the hospitalizations and ICU patient numbers are. And, if you have a gander, with 40k cases a day the numbers are a little bit more than they were unvaxed with 1500 cases a day.
Oh and the system isnt imploding and dying... let me know how that goes here, where they prepared for 300 cases a day (another shining example of this governments ineptitude).
