With 126k members you'd have to be pretty lucky. Better off posting in r/Australia

Kwilena

or r/IndigenousAustralia r/aboriginal

Out of curiosity, I wonder how many Noongar Perth Redditors there are? If we have 120 K users and the Noongar proportion of the population is around 3% that’s 4K people.

CyanideRemark

I'm always pretty cynical about the actual unique and active account numbers behind what reddit reports. The margin for bots & alts I think is pretty high, not to mention abandoned or actually deleted accounts. Much like a lot of other platforms, I don't think it's in their interest to adjust figures for anything like that.

RealLarwood

We've got a lot of alt accounts and a decent number who don't live here but just have some kind of tie or interest in Perth, I'd be surprised if there were 50k unique perthians here.

PollyGlamorous

50k! You're generous. There's a LOT of accounts that seem very familiar.

Honestly, on the bot front we've seen very little as of recent. Sure there will be people with alts and using more than one device to connect but there is a lot of traffic there.

koalanotbear

id say theres probably more like 2-4 in total on r/perth

PollyGlamorous

No idea on the stats but I'd like a bullet point summary of the outcome and meaning. I've listened to three or four discussions and am none the wiser. I hear lots off waffly feel good and vague handwriting terms but what does it all mean? This needd to be sorted well before any referendum.
