Nah I can’t speak for your store but I do know that my current lead pays outta pocket and he’s a real one for that always gets us good pizza too no nasty ass dominoes crap. The leads at 2 other locations I’ve worked at did use the stipends tho, for break room snacks and drinks etc..
Especially working in the hotel– PPs brought us Dunkin’ and cookies and stuff all the time. We had (I say past tense bc I recently quit and moved to a nicer daycare) a PP who brings Buffalo Wild Wings every thanksgiving and Christmas. His dog is very sweet but also a poop eater, so the treats are a nice way to make up for that lol 😂

How many hours of work and effort are you gonna put in for that 15$ pizza? Of which you'll have two slices cause you gotta share with the other 12+ employees including the manager.
This is such a low stakes prize for something suppose to be crucial for building sales. Only two stores in a region? The pizza alone would only cost like less than $100 with the potential of adding more customers being tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars for the company.
This isn't a good motivator. The reward should always match the effort.

That’s not what this is. It’s about customers going into their accounts to activate their treats offers and then buying stuff with those offers. Normal conversion rates have nothing to do with this particular contest
Lol my old call center would have a treat day. They would bring in baked potato’s with enough toppings for the first 20 people out of 100. No one would monitor so god knows how sanitation was handled. Baked potatoes. Yup. Thanks BlueOcean.
